Nice office nice location. The doctor here is great. She does different kinds of treatments not offered in a lot of other places. I went to her for a labial puff. I had gotten laser hair removal down there everywhere and it caused complete lack of volume and looked deflated. I used to have really full lips down there until the laser hair removal treatments. I think it was an older laser as I did it about 4 years ago. Embarrassing. So we did a series of btl treatments which shrinks the skin. For me I just needed to shrink my outer labia the big lips. It tightened those and then she filled them with filler and prp. Results omg!!! I will post some pics that aren’t too embarrassing lol

I know filler isn't typically soft, how do you find it feels in that area? Is it noticeable? I'm thinking of doing the prp and filler too or potentially a fat transfer. Your results look so good!

She puts the filler mixed with prp in a deeper level so I don’t feel any weird balls of filler or anything so it just feels like normal tissue.

Hey im in the same boat. My surgeon said do fillers first to get an idea of what the labia will look like and then do a fat transfer cause you can't reverse fat transfer once its done but you can dissolve fillers if you didn't like it. And iv done prp it didn't work on me.

Well mine was completely deflated. So she did btl femme 360 on me to tighten my larger labia then she filled. So I like a lot of volume so I did 2 syringes on both sides so a total of 4 plus a lot of prp I'm not sure how many cc of prp
