This man is a Genius, diligent, in control, perfectionist.

Being gender fluid / transgender and not taking hormone medication to transition, I was doubtful of a natural result of breast Augmentation, seeing as I had no breast tissue.

I sent the online consultation form and was immediately phoned back by Dr Alejandro himself, explaining to me what can be done and all the possible outcomes and possible complications. He reassured me that on skinny patients like me the anatomical "teardrop" implant is most natural. He alsoreassured me that being transgender didn't make a difference.

He talked me through the process and I was comforted by the confidence yet sincerity in his voice. He assured me that the male and female body are both equally as capable of having beautiful breasts regardless of size or hormone medication which was a big yes for me.

I was a little unsure about getting surgery done abroad but I knew I had to step outside my pond, it was all or nothing. Well let me say the price, the quality and the standard where greater than I ever expected. I felt safe, clean and content.

When I arrived at the clinic it was spotless clean, there was an air of professionalism and I was immediately met with a warm kind comforting face of Dr Alejandro. He immediately and effortlessly made me feel welcome and safe, Which is a big must for me to feel safe and comfortable.

It was so Balancing and lovely to see the female anesthetist, Dr Salmones, she was also sincere, professional and made me feel very safe. Both herself and Dr. Alejandro Nogueira comforted me through the procedure as I was nervous and afraid. it went great.

When I woke up, I was met with Dr Alejandro Nogueira who made some funny light hearted jokes, His sense of humour from the start was comforting aswell. I went to rest and sleep in my private room till late, as I had my surgery earlier that day, I was discharged that night, I felt a little sick that evening from the anesthesia which i learned can be very normal. I was a little anxious but that was normal. I was givin instructions by both Dr Salmones and Dr Nogueira on how to care for my breasts and I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription with the nice taxi man and it was all just lovley and relaxed.

I was in pain for the first 3 days and swollen and this is all to be expected. sleeping on my back was a must. The first few weeks of healing had no shape just like two rocks , but do not be afraid this all heals in time beautifully. two swollen rocks turn into two beautiful tear drop breasts on my slim body! The following month was healing beautifully, I took my bandages off to be confronted by my dream breasts, I felt so good and sexy naked. Dr Nogueira phoned me every two weeks requesting updated photos of my breasts for follow ups followed by phone calls which I found comforting and professional.

I was a little worried after two weeks as one breast was a little lower than the other, but with time this completely fixed itself during the healing process. I believe this was just part of my healing and the sides of the body healing at different rates. They are perfect now.

whoooo I finally felt feminine and sexy! and all with no hormones at the age of 26. I believe this to be the result of the perfectionist carful work of Dr Nogueira along with the teardrop shape of the implant.

I can't recommend this man enough. The best money I spent, well worth it. Very happy
