How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Everything is looking good so far! I feel like I'm healing really well and so does the Dr. Excited to wash the fabulous bra and can't wait for week 4! I'm going to start light cardio and light leg workouts next week. More updates to come!
Don't mind the ink still on my skin, it's kind of hard to get rid of.

I've always been a big B cup, small C. I honestly never thought I would want or need a breast augmentation. I've always been a very active person, working out, water/snow skiing, softball, hiking, etc. My breasts always seemed a pretty good size. However, after I had my twins and breast fed, my breasts went to a DD size. It took me about a year to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and even into better shape than I have ever been. The weight loss happened everywhere, including in my breasts. As I continued to lose weight, my breasts became more saggy and the extra skin became very apparent. My left breast has always been bigger than my right and the weight loss seemed to accentuate it even more. So we began the adventure of choosing the right doctor, reading many reviews on this site and taking the leap.

We had many conversations with Dr. Pousti and his staff and Dr. Pousti understood that i wanted to fill out the saggy skin but not go to big that it would interfere with my active life style and I would be unhappy with them being too big. He ended up putting in 350cc on the left and 375cc on the right. I believe the brand was Mentor, silicone and high profile. I also didn't think I wanted high profile but we agreed this would be the best option to avoid doing a lift.

We found Dr. Pousti on this site and began our research. We scheduled our first consult at the end. of July. The office always seems to be very busy. We began in a non consult type room meeting with Dr. Pousti. He seemed to be interviewing us as much as we were interviewing him. He answered every question we had and provided us with his background. His office staff was amazing as well. We tried on sizers in the office and used the Vectra system to do computer photos. We left the office feeling like we would use him as our doctor but wanted to do our due diligence and do one more consult. We did another consult with another dr and decided to go with Dr. Pousti. We were very glad we did. I am a professional in the customer service world and they met and exceeded my expectations with everything from the in office staff to the surgery center staff. I always felt like I was in really good hands. The office called the day before surgery and I chatted with Dr. Pousti as well who assured me everything would be great. I'll post my before pictures and will post after pictures once they take off the dressings first of next week. Other than the pain and feeling drugged up the first few days, this has been a really great experience.
