Classy Breast Augmentation on a Classy Lady - La Mesa, CA

Since high school, as I watched all my friends develop, I felt insecure about the size of my breasts. I always "joked" I would get implants, but never thought I would go through with the procedure because 'they would make my breasts too big,' and I actually thought they would grow naturally at some point. As the years went on and I never developed breasts, I began really thinking about breast augmentation. In college I thought I could never afford it, then after I got hired and worked a few years, I decided this is something I need to do for myself. The last thing I wanted was to look fake though. I wanted a very natural look, but enough to make me feel womanly. Dr. Pousti fulfilled ever request I had. I am a 28 year old professional and did not want unwanted attention. Before my breast augmentation I was a 34A. If I was lucky, I would wear a padded 32B, but wouldn't fully fill out the cups. After surgery (375cc -saline), I was just measured as a 32D. The size of the cup sounded surprising to me because I always thought that was HUGE. Don't let the cup size scare you and trust my word, they are the perfect size. I actually wouldn't mind them being a little bigger! Dr. Pousti and his team of professionals did warn me of that as well. They reminded me a clients biggest regret is "they didn't go big enough." I honestly don't have any real regrets, but IF any, this would be a regret. I only say this because as a possible client, this is something to consider :)
