28 Year Old Mama with Saggy Tatas

I have been creeping on this website now for quite some time. I have finally took the plunge and scheduled my first ever surgery with Dr. Pousti. I live out of town, so I have yet to meet him and won't until the day before surgery. I may get implants, but small ones just for that upper pole fullness. I will not know until I see Dr. Pousti and he gives a thorough exam and to be sure that it's safe to do so. I thought I'd track my progress because I have really only seen a few with the same body type and same breasts as me, so I thought I'd be able to help someone out there.
