22 days post op today, and I had my third post op appt today. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were going to be taking off the bolster dressings, tape, and steri strips off the areola incision today! All this was supposed to be done at the 4 week mark, but they said my healing is going well so all the dressings are good to come off! I'm so happy with the results though: the size, the shape, all the repairs! I'm so grateful for Dr. Pousti & his amazing staff!
Almost 2 weeks!
Btw I'm 5'9, 170 lbs, started out a small A cup, I now have 600cc. Currently 12 days post op, drains were taken out at 10 days, and I'm loving what I can see so far! I still have to have the bolster dressing on for another 2 weeks /: Really impressed with the how close Dr. Pousti got the implants to each other and fixed all my other breast issues! Because my previous implants were over the muscle and I went under the muscle for this revision, my implants are sitting high & need to drop still.
First post op appt
Went to my first post op appt. My implants turned out to be 600cc & 650cc HP. I still have my drains in, they want to keep them for a few more days. Dr. Pousti and his staff are extremely caring and have continually checked up on me via phone every day. They even give flowers which was very kind! I still am unable to see my breasts because they are all covered up still, but if they turn out looking nice, Dr. Pousti has accomplished what one of Beverly Hills top breast revision specialists said he would not be able to achieve for me.

Dr. Pousti is a very talented surgeon and caring human being. Dr. Pousti and his team are so thorough with every step of the surgery from pre op to post op. He fixed all of my complications, while other doctors were unsure if they could achieve all that I wanted. I can definitely understand why he has so many happy patients and great ratings! I'm in love with my new boobs and Dr. Pousti for his amazing skills!
