My boobs feel so soft and natural. They look as natural as they can on my small frame and my self esteem is still heightened. I still cannot thank Dr Pousti enough.

1.4 months out
I just went in for a follow up after one year and four months! My husband swore I would adapt to my silicone sisters and forget they were there three months post op, but that's not the case. I remind him weekly, if not daily, how much I love them, how happy I am, and most importantly, how appreciative I am that he spoiled me with them. I don't call him daddy for nothing!
Getting breast augmentation was literally life changing for me. I went from zero to one hundred real quick. I went from being absolutely depressed over my old look to absolutely obsessed with my new look in a matter or hours. Who knew you'd take the best nap of your life when you lay down on that operating table?! When I woke up in the recovery room I realized that dreams really do come true!
Now that I'm 1+ years out of surgery, I can disclose some new hot tips from my experience:
-You can FINALLY comfortably sleep on your side or lay on your side for lengthy periods of time
-You will want to only purchase 'high support' sports bras for the gym
-You will want to focus on a lot of tricep exercises if you stop choose to stop targeting the chest (my triceps were significantly weaker aesthetically and in strength because of BA, but patience will allow you to slowly sculpt your body ody ody again)
-You won't need to workout your chest anymore because you'll have the biggest gainz made overnight anyway and why ruin that masterpiece that Pousti built on your chest?!
-You and everyone else will love your new look in and out of clothes
I am so happy with my decision and I have so much love for the staff. I am honestly surprised how welcoming and kind they are even this far out from surgery. I knew they were going to butter me up and take good care of me pre-op, but they still make me feel like royalty when I come in now. I was shocked to see that someone had left a negative review in regards to the staff because my experience with them is such a positive one. I have experienced plastic surgeon's offices where some staff members make you feel rushed or sound condescending when you ask questions. This does not happen in the House of Pousti. They always have the nicest things to say and they are very professional. I love them all!
My next update will be concerning scars. I'm trying the Silagen silicone gel strips for the next 8 weeks. My scars are not terrible at all! This was not intended to steer you away from getting surgery! My scars are thin and smooth! I am doing this to see how much more I can minimize the scarring because there's nothing wrong with looking incredibly flawless! It's only been 12 hours, but I don't even realize the strip is there! I say strip because will be applying it on my right side first to see if there is a difference. I'm really excited for the results!
