Love my New Boobs! - La Mesa, CA

I'm a 39 year old mother of three who had GREAT boobs when I was younger. However, three cute little munchkins later and those great boobs were gone. I still had decent size left over (34c), but zero upper fullness. I decided to look into breast augmentation to get my girls back. I set up a consultation with Dr. Pousti on the recommendation of a friend who had a breast lift and augmentation done by him a few years earlier. She was very satisfied with his work, and spoke very highly of him. From the moment my husband and I arrived at Dr. Pousti's office we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We ended up being there for almost two hours (and not because we waited long to see him, we were taken back as soon as I finished filling out the welcome packet). We met with Dr. Pousit who answered all my questions (I had a large list) and concerns. He explained what he would be able to do to achieve the look I wanted. He said I didn't need a lift, but because I had one breast and areola that was slightly larger than the other, he recommended breast implants with a beneli lift on the larger breast to reduce the areola size a bit to make them more symmetrical. Then he had his nurse come in and he has this really cool machine right in the room where they take your picture and then can show you a computer generated version of you and what your new boobies will look like! That was kind of cool. While we were there we also were able to talk to patients that were there for follow up visits and ask questions and see his work ( which was a little weird at first, but once the weirdness wore off it was really cool to be able to see in person, not just looking at pictures, what the end product would look like). All in all, our initial consultation was great. Dr. Pousti and his staff are very genuine and they made us feel very comfortable while we were there. We had met with other doctors, but something about this doctor just felt right. So I called a couple weeks later and scheduled my surgery! A few weeks before surgery I went back down for a pre-op appointment and left feeling the same way. Very confident that we had made the right choice. The day before my surgery Dr. Pousti called me to see if I had any concerns or questions, and said he'd see me in the morning. My husband and I arrived at the Alvarado Physicians Surgery center at 5am to check in. I cannot say enough good things about this place -- from the moment we walked in everyone we came in contact with was AMAZING. The receptionist, all the way through the nurses that released me from recovery. I'm a big chicken when it comes to anything to do with surgery, hospitals, etc. I can honestly say I never once felt nervous or uneasy while I was there. The nurse that did my pre-op was great, the anesthesiologist was great, and the recovery nurses were great. Dr. Pousti's nurse that was going to be in surgery with him came in and talked to me before they took me back. She was great too. Really, I can't say enough about this place! After I got home from surgery, Dr. Pousti's office called to check on me. That evening, I also got a call from Dr. Pousti as well, just checking in to see how I was doing. His office called me every day for the next 5 days, again just checking to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, etc. My surgery was on a Thursday and I went back in on Monday for my first post-op appointment. Everything looked great he said and he told me to come back in week and they would remove my dressing/bandages. So on my second appt. they did that, then I was left with just the steri-strip bandages on my areolas. I am now almost 3 months post-op and couldn't be happier with my new girls! I have the upper fullness that I wanted and everything has healed up wonderfully. My entire experience with Dr. Pousti and everyone that works with him was awesome!
