A taste of freedom

So I had my 3 week today. Yay!!! I swear it feels like it has been so much longer. Got the ok to ditch the compression bra and wear my sports bra. I think they are more comfy now than they used to be..lol And I got the ok to go back to walking/jogging and lower body workouts..thank goodness because I was dieing over not being able to workout. I also now have to wear the sexiest bra ever (not). Sternum compression Vstrap. (To make sure the implants dont fall together)Doc say 2 to 4 months with it. The longer I wear it the better. I am so happy with my results thus far. I don't know about anyone else but I look at my before ba pic and already think who is that. I can't believe how fast I have grown to love these girls and have already forgotton what life was like before them..lol I go back in a couple weeks for another check up

It's been awhile since my last post

So, life is finally back to normal as much as it can be without lifting. I go in on the 19th to fingers crossed very tightly get my dressings removed for good. I also got my sternum compression bra to make sure my implants don't fall inward to the chest cavity due to my pectus. As soon as I get my dressings of I will post results pictures.

3 days post op

I have had a great recovery thus far. I will say when I woke up from anesthesia and for the remainder of that day I was in so much pain. However everyday gets easier and easier. As of today I have had no pain killers. To me it is not painful at this point but just uncomfortable. I am so pleased with my results. I can't wait to take this bra off and see them for myself. Next week is the big reveal. And I will post more pictures. I did have a areola re location done one my right breast so that they would be symmetrical.

Provider Review

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
8851 Center Dr., La Mesa, California

I am so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Pousti. He is amazing and compassionate. During my consultation I broke down crying due to the self esteem issues I have with my breasts and it was very nerve wracking for me to go through the consultation. My husband was their to hold my hand and so was Dr. Pousti and his staff. All my worries and concerns were listened to and addressed. My pre op was so smooth and I was much more confident knowing the staff was there to catch me if I had an emotional fall again.
