So the girls are 4 months old now. I love them so much. They are still slightly high and tight. I'm doing massages daily and can see them dropping slowly but surely.

I only gained about 5 lbs since surgery. I can do almost all exercises now with exception to direct chest work per Dr. Pousti's orders. I am back to running 3-4 times a week, lifting 3 times a week. Slowly losing weight and toning up again.

I still have no regrets on the surgery!

Bought a new sports bra (Zella from Nordstrom in a Medium) and the twins are starting to drop a bit. I wish the right would drop more but for now am being patient. Sort of. My follow up appoint is this a Thursday and I am really hoping Dr. Pousti removes the steri tape.

I talked to Daisy today at Dr Pousti's office and I think we both figured out that I don't know how to take pics of my breast. Today I had my BFF take my picture and wow they look like different boobs! I also threw a pic in there of what they look like with clothes on. They are finally not looking crazy and slowly dropping.
