almost 3 years old. I feel like I've always had them. I haven't had any issues. Not much has changed in a while. I don't feel like they have dropped much since about my year mark. I am very happy with them. At some point I'm sure I'll get them re-done as I'm kind of young and plan to have implants for a long time. I might go a little bigger. My scars are a little obvious. I wish I had gotten the svar sheets from my Dr. I feel like they may have helped. My scars aren't bad but I think they could be better. Overall, my results are better than I imagined.

Yours are my #1 wish pic! Thank you for sharing. I would love to have mine done through the areola as well so they could also be re-sized at the same time. I've heard a lot of back & forth about risks with areola incisions. Is that something that you specifically talked to your Dr. about before surgery or is he just very confident doing it that way? I need to find someone local here that is a pro at that procedure!
aww! I remember looking thru and seeing "wish" boobs. Such a sweet compliment. I had actually wanted to go crease incision as I had read there are fewer cases of capsular contracture. Not sure if that's true or not. Dr pousti and I didn't actually discuss it. I told him I trusted his judgement with everything as he has great results and reviews. He was also very nice. My areolas were to large (IMO) for my "before" boobs, so I'm happy they are more proportional now.
I feel the same way about mine. They are stretched out from being pregnant twice and going up to a large G, then back down to D or small DD. They need help! I really don't want a lift/lollipop scar though. We'll see what happens when it's finally my time.
Well I'm pretty sure you could always get your areolas changed later, just in case you were happy with your results without getting them changed.

Here is a video almost 2 years PO. I think they look and feel pretty natural. They make great cleavage in bras and I now have a natural under boob crease which I love. I try to show a close up of my scars at the end of the video. They don’t shake or bounce a ton but they move a lot more than they use to even 6 months ago

I’m getting close to 2 years PO and I keep loving them more all the time. They have settled so naturally and fit me perfect. Picking dr Pousti was the best decision. I’m a 34 dd but some bras are starting to fit pretty tight in the cups since my boobs have settled down a little more.
