So to start I have been researching a BA for several years now. I have known for a long time I wanted one. I have always been a member of the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee. I started officially saving in Dec of 2015. I havent been to any consults but after a lot of diligent and thorough research I decided on Dr. Tom Pousti. I contacted his office sometime late 2016 and had booked a surgery date for Aug 23, 2017. I needed the extra time to save. I make 11.50/hr which isnt a lot so it has been difficult saving as fast as Id like but all the sacrifices ie: makeup, hair products, clothes will be worth it. I live in washington state and will be staying 7 days in cali for my procedure, but only 5 willl be post op. I needed to be there a day early for my pre-op. So far everyone at Dr Poustis office has been so nice and helpful with my questions. Tho I cant seem to think of many right now. The time is flying by and Im starting to get cold feet. I have never had any kind of surgical procedure and have never even taken a pain pill before. I worry I wont like it as Im sensitive to pills. I am 5'7'' and 145lbs. I think i want somewhere around 500cc. I also would like to slim down a little before my surgery especially since I will not be able to workout for a while. Im so excited for this journey and cant wait to have more info to update

I have printed out goal photos as well as photos I don't like
Heating padfor my back (not a back sleeper, I have seen several women recommend this)
Arnica montana
Stool softener
Bendy straws
Ice bags (the kind you put ice cubes in as I will be at a hotel)
Front close bra for when I need to wash the surgical bra
Button down pjs for immediately after surgery
Teach my bf how to do a messy bun in case I can't lift my arms
