I am not one to write reviews but found the many reviews I read to be extremely helpful so I am paying it forward. I have always been dissatisfied with my breast size. My mom and sister both have large breasts so I thought it was just a waiting game but still at age 20 I had hardly a 34b. I considered breast augmentation but never even met with a plastic surgeon because I thought it was too expensive and I felt ashamed. By age 25 and 2 kids later, breastfeeding has left my breasts asymmetrical and deflated. I talked to my husband about it and he was supportive about my idea. I live in southern California with access to unlimited plastic surgeons, after much reasearch I scheduled a consultation with dr poutsi, though it was a 1.5 hour commute, it was well worth it. Him and his staff were amazing, I was very nervous and I felt instantly at ease when Daisy checked me in and went over everything. While I waited to see Dr poutsi I read his certifications (double board certified) and felt even better after meeting him. He is extremely experienced with 20+ years and performs hundreds (well over the average) of breast augmentation procedures a year. The next day I scheduled my surgery & pre op and put a 500$ deposit down. I am confident he will deliver my desired look, I liked the 450cc sizers, I am going with silicone. My pre op is in a couple days so I will know in more detail about what he will go with to achieve my desired look. I am so excited! Three more weeks until BA day!

Congrats! My surgery is too on the same days. My pre op was already done but I'm going back on Thursday again because I have a lot more questions. I want to see pictures of her patients. I'm getting an anchor lift and I'm thinking silicon as well. But I'm very scared! I want to see more pict of the after 6 or maybe a 1 year old scars and I don't seem to find it!

Thank you and congrats to you too! That's good that you have lots of questions and are thinking long term. I am nervous! I haven't felt a healed pair of breasts with implants, that is something I'm curious about is how they feel long after they heal.

Well Dr Pousti will do a great job. About 8 years ago he did a breast reduction/lift for me as well as a tummy tuck. He did a fantastic job on both. He has a fantastic bedside manner and the scarring was very minimal (for me at least).

Forgive my misspelling of Dr Poutsi's name in my previous review, my phone was autocorrecting it every time.

Went to my pre op appointment today, it all became so real when I paid for the surgery and showed the staff my "wish boob" poster and dislikes. I've added some of my wish boobs to this review. At the pre op they gave me a urine pregnancy test, negative thank goodness, that would have been quite the shock since I have the IUD birth control ;) I met with a very nice OR nurse (or surgical tech, I can't rememver) she went over all of my operation instructions in a friendly funny way that made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in the care of the right team. That is something I admire about dr poutsi's office is the team atmosphere and they genuinely care for each patient. I have never felt like just a number there, Dr poutsi performs so many procedures and sees so many patients but when he came into the room at my pre op, he instantly remembered my husband and I from our consultation appointment. Another thing that I feel very confident about (and this may sound strange) but I do not know what size, profile, texture, ect I am actually going to get. That will be determined once I am in the operating room and the best choice will be made to achieve my "wish look" I really appreciate this because 450cc in sizers looked nice, but who knows how it will fit in my chest based off my bone structure until I'm open. At the pre op I also got my prescriptions and instructions for the procedure. It's just a waiting game now, I can't wait! I am also nervous but I have an amazing, supportive husband by my side and I know everything will be okay, he loves me the way I am but wants me to be happy and confident. One of my biggest sources for anxiety is healing with two children under 3, any advice out there? If anyone is on the fence about surgeons, I highly recommend dr poutsi and his staff. I have been in the medical field for 6 years and have worked in many different settings and I can truly say that the patient care Dr poutsi and his team deliver is of the highest quality that I have seen so far.

Thanks for sharing your story! I have three young children and being able to care for them is high on my list of concerns. Dr Pousti is also a doctor that I am considering. Looking forward to hearing how your surgery went. Good luck mama!
