Living in the Los Angeles area I had many skilled and even celebrity plastic surgeons to choose from. I consulted with a celebrity plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills but left disappointed because my consult was rushed and impersonal. That's when I started broadening my search for a plastic surgeon and considered traveling outside of LA to find the perfect doctor for me. Luckily my online search led me to Dr. Pousti. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Pousti and his caring staff. My entire experience from the initial consult to after surgery care ( Dr. Pousti coming to my hotel the day after my tummy tuck to check on me) has been outstanding! Even the nurses who work in Dr. Pousti's office were so knowledge about the procedures I was interested in and spent a lot of time caring about my comfort and health. When I expressed concern about being an out of town patient and how the logistics of that would work. Nurse Daisy gave me advice and recommendations for hotels and nurses who could take care of me during my stay in San Diego. One of the nurses Daisy recommended was nurse Gloria. I was so fortunate that nurse Gloria was available to care for me during the first 48 hours after my tummy tuck because she took such great care of me. When I initially hired nurse Gloria she told me Dr. Pousti was only one of two doctors she would work for because their skill as surgeons was so outstanding that their patients rarely had complications and because they were always available if she had a concern about a patient. Nurse Gloria also told me that she knew my tummy tuck would turn out great because Dr. Pousti was doing it. And you know what, she was right ! Well I can go on and on about Dr. Pousti and his staff. But the bottom line is if you want an excellent plastic surgeon, awesome results and a first class experience then he is the doctor you should go to.
