I cannot say enough wonderful things about the results from my procedure! I have been a nurse for 14 years and I know good surgical work when I see it. Not only is Dr. Pousti and his entire office staff extremely professional and courteous, but they provide top-notch care.
Three years ago I had my original augmentation, and decided to go back for a little bit bigger and to have "the girls" brought together more with an internal bra. I went in well prepared with photographs of what I wanted done and what I was hoping to achieve as a final outcome, and Dr. Pousti knew immediately how he was going to handle my case.
After my initial office visit I was able to make an immediate appointment for surgery in 2 weeks. Surgery went fabulous and despite being in a little more discomfort than the initial procedure I had done, I could not have asked for better results. At 2 1/2 months out my new breasts are already settling into place, and they look amazing! They have exactly the right shape and profile that I was hoping to achieve, and I already barely see the incisions that were needed to place the implants. If you come in with realistic expectations and are open to suggestions about how to achieve the best look for your body type, you will not be disappinted.

Dr. Pousti is one of the most kind and gentle physicians that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I work with doctors daily and I have met few in all of my years of nursing who are as compassionate and considerate of their patients needs. Dr. Pousti is a perfectionist and this comes across in his fine attention to detail. I don't know of many doctors that will hold your hand in the operating room until you completely go under, but this was my experience and I felt so safe in his care. I never felt rushed in his office and always had my questions answered thoroughly.
