Perfectionist!!! Professional!! First Class! - San Diego, CA

I am 8 days post op and are thrilled with the results! I recommend anyone considering a breast procedure to go to Dr. Poutsi's office! Everyone that works there is very professional and caring. I have always felt out of proportion with my pear shape. After years and years of dreaming and saying "one day", I will get breast enhancement surgery, I finally decided to pull the trigger and do it. I spent hours of research reading reviews and spoke with a few doctors. I was very nervous about the whole procedure but, I knew immediately when I went to Dr Poutsi's office that if I was going to go through with the operation, this is the doctor and team I would feel comfortable relying on. At my first consultation I was there for almost 3 hours as they patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. While at the consultation I also got the chance to speak with two other ladies who came in for post op appointments to hear how they felt about their procedures. One lady had a botched boob job from a different doctor and had Dr Poutsi correct the damage done from her first operation. She and her husband specifically chose him because of his extensive expertise in plastic surgery. It was great to hear face to face how happy the patients were with their results. I was very impressed that Dr. Poutsi is so concerned to make sure the patients communicate the "look" you want, not a standard the cup size or number. I feel that he understood what I wanted as the perfect result, for ME! I ended up with 400cc high profile, going from A to D. Since the surgery the office has been calling to check on me almost every day and I have been to the office twice for them to overlook everything. I can't say enough good things about my experience. For me it was an emotional decision and now I know that I have made the correct choice and are overjoyed with the outcome. I want to thank Dr. Poutsi for being so personable and warm, and of course skilled! Heather for always making me feel so comfortable the whole way through, including walking with your arm around me into the operating room :) ! Vanessa for spending so much time with me with on the first consultation trying on sizers and creating all the different 3-d images for me to take home. Last but not least, thanks to the rest of the staff for just always being so friendly!!!!

Four months after surgery and I can see a big (positive) difference from where I started (post surgery). I love the shape they are healing into. I'm so pleased with the size and profile that I ended up with. They are big, but not too big for my body. Just perfect! The implants have dropped a lot and don't sit as high anymore. I can tell they still have a little more to go. Scars are looking better but not quite where I would like them to be yet. One of the areaolas looks like some of the pigment is faded, but I know it's still a work in process for about a year, so I hope it fully comes back. If not I will plan on getting a tattoo touch up to perfect it. The whole process took a bit longer than I originally expected but I still feel that the surgery was definitely worth it! I do enjoy still going back to Dr Poutsi's office to make sure they still think things are moving how they should, and I follow everything they recommend because I know they know best!!!
