24 Years Old, 1 Child, and Very Needed After Breast Feeding

Today marks 3 weeks since surgery and so far I'm so happy! I do have stretch marks (from breast feeding) but they are beautiful. My scars are healing nicely but I do worry the dropped too soon, they were never high to begin with but then again every body is different especially since my skin was so loose so I'm not too worried. My left breast is softer but my right has softened a lot. The left fold over, the implant is positioned correctly but I'm not used to having big full breasts yet so I'm not sure what is normal. I'm a worrier but here are some updated pics. I'm in a sports bra now but cannot wait for regular bras ????????

I'm doing better and better each day just get an engorged feeling and have had some issues with my left side underneath where my boob meets under my armpit almost I've gotten a pulling burning sensation if I move my right arm to quickly. Called the dr office and they say it's normal. Also started bruising which freaked me out but they say is normal too. Overall just waiting for them to get softer, my right feels harder I think due to it be my dominate side so the muscle was probably stronger causing the muscle to be tighter until gravity helps it out. My post op appt was last Monday and doc says they look good and basically are already dropped. He say Size won't change much but they will soften. Have to keep my compression bra on for another week then I'll be in a sports bra until my next appt in march. I get to take incision tape off next Friday woohoo! I keep panicking about capsule contracture and scaring myself with google ???? I also noticed (after taking update photos) the bruising around my nipples. Not too pretty lol

Getting so much better but still have some aches and lots of tightness. Doc ok'd to shower after 48 hours and boy was that scary. I had bandages then a compression bra with a top strap and gauze wrapped on top of it all, when I finally got to take the gauze off I was so relieved! The back pain was probably the worst part for me. Like a pinch in the middle of my back for 48 hours. Then the aches would come and the swelling and tightness made me panic like I couldn't breathe but there's a light at the end of this tunnel. I love how they look I just hope the drop and fluff to look beautiful! Going back to work tomorrow and hope I'll be ok!
