Hi all! I have been researching and googling non stop since I have finally scheduled my surgery date and I found some of these reviews to be extremely helpful in calming my anxiety. I figured I would document my journey as well since I'd like to think I can help others ease into theirs. My name is Breann and I am 24 almost 25 (may) and have an almost 3 year old who was breast fed for *drum roll please* a year and a half. Little did I know that my pre pregnancy 32 B's would transform into big voluptuous 34 DDD (VS sizing lol) and after breast feeding sad deflated 34 C's with no volume. I have wanted an augmentation since before I had my daughter but didn't feel a rush with my perky B's until after I breast fed. It has now been a year and 4 months since I stopped breastfeeding and have been praying for the day I could afford and schedule this surgery. As much anxiety as I have with how the surgery will go and how they will turn out I am more excited. I have had 2 consultations with the office I've choosen and have my pre op scheduled for February 14th (lucky bf of mine gets to celebrate making final decisions on Valentine's Day with me lol) and my surgery is scheduled for february 23rd. I have choosen 545cc's with the hopes of becoming a full D since even though I size a 34 C there is no volume and my boob skin kind of sits in the bra and one of my deepest darkest secrets... I stuff the bra for a push up effect even in push up bras, it's horrible. I am 5'9 and weigh appx 127lbs. I will post daily updates through my first few post op days and then gradually as I've seen most do for picture updates. I will also post pre surgery pictures later but for now here is a basic one so you can see who I am.
Sincerely,
Looking so forward to this to come faster!

With 545 cc you will be likely an H cup or something! Kudos to you for breastfeeding so long. I don't think it is weird at all. I was always a barely B before kids and #2 left me with AA/nipples. 400cc got me 32DDs so if you have more to start with and bigger implants you are going to be waaay bugger than a D! Honestly, if you think you will ever have another child soon, wait. We thought we were done and then changed our minds. My breasts grew to a size H after birth for a while.

It cut the rest of my comment. Anyways, I'm still nursing my third and while one breast is saggy now I don't regret nourishing my child. Good luck!

Wow i am so glad to hear input! Honestly was thinking 545s were huge but the dr was insisting with my height they wouldn't be. I will certainly do more research and talk to him again about it I just want full D maybe DD max!

Dr Sarosy did my implants 11 yrs ago they were saline because at the time silicone wasn't used. The left one leaked about 1 and half months ago. I now am getting new implants and having the old ones removed. This time Dr Sarosy isn't my choice. Wasn't happy with the scars he left after my BA. It has been embarrassing for the past 11 yrs.

Periarolar, the shape and size I was happy with just the scare was bad. Hopefully with my surgery coming up it will be fixed. I could never say he is a bad surgeon maybe I just had a bad experience. I have however been able to live with the problem for 11 yrs.

Also I had 450 cc and my brain size is 36D. Before my surgery I was a Bcup.

Hi! They are smooth. Natrelle SRX which is high profile as well. So excited I moved my surgery to tomorrow! Will update with pics and stuff! What are your measurements, height/weight? I've been nonstop googling so many women that got 500-550 I'm so curious to see how they turn out in each one

Next week is your surgery I had mine February 18th with Dr Alavi. He is amazing and definitely corrected any errors that Dr Sarosy made.
I actually got 700 cc silicone and will probably be a DD. So the 545 isn't too many CCs'

Hi! Thanks for sharing your story I'm so glad to hear all went well and any errors were corrected! So far I'm so happy with them and my incisions look great, I'll post an update picture soon. I changed my surgery date for February 9th so I'm almost 3 weeks post op now! I think I'll end up a large D-DD, but will see once swelling and everything settles xx

What are you measuring at now? Or at the beginning of post op? Im wondering what to expect for my cup size
March 4, 2017
Victoria secret measures me at 34 DDD! Lol but I'm not sure in regular sizing. I was vs size 34 C previously but I had no volume so didn't really fill the cup
UPDATED FROM bmt92
1 month pre
Sorry in advance for the eye sore
Ugh I hate my current breasts but here they are in all their glory. Just want to document as much as I can. Don't mind the lines I've been sitting down all morning at work so I get those creases lol. Been thinking about moving my date up because I'm googling and reading thing that are giving me more and more anxiety and I'm not sure I can wait a whole month without scaring myself out of it. My breast are definitely deflated and I'm worried that I need a lift I'm afraid they turn out like heavy saggy torpedos ???? I have chosen 545cc sub muscular silicone. I'll update soon if I decide to push the date up
Your BA day will be here before you know it! Are you feeling more excited or nervous at this point?
