I went in to him when I was 18 for a rhinoplasty to narrow & feminize my nose. He made my nose wider, bulgier bigger, hump-like, bubous, and awkward. I am so embarrassed about my nose... and it was the biggest mistake of my LIFE.... I never heard from him since the follow-up. (Pictures Below) Please save yourself heartache and pain....

How long ago was the surgery? Could it be swelling? People tend to have first follow up in the 2 weeks or so after surgery. I think you look great in all of the pics, including the before, the only thing I am not a fan of is the lip filler in the second pic. Are you still 18, and can a parent or someone else help you get information? Did you make another follow up appointment? I hope you become happier, you spent a lot of money.

I agree with coblue11. I My nose has gotten marginally better over the weeks but still doesn't look great and I had a really cute nose to begin with that just needed to made SLIGHTLY less fleshy. I asked a question recently to doctors about the notorious "hating period". Hopefully they respond soon but would be interesting to hear generally when that it... I've heard around 3-6 months patients sometimes have a change of heart.. but let's see!

You had a really nice nose before. Your nose now is not as good but I wonder what the communication between you and the doctor was like because it looks like added something to the end of your nose

Rhinoplasty also destroyed my life, and I am also young. I feel your pain. I liked my nose from the front before and disliked a small bump on the side. Now I cry multiple times a day and just pray that I can get my old nose back. I am left with a short upturned wide nose when I used to have a long thin nose. I already have a consult schedueled with Nassif and hope he can fix the MESS that my primary surgeon created. I feel like I will never be happy again
