I was left with very saggy belly skin after having 3 babies via c sections, including a pair of 7 lb twins. I could not stand to wear a bikini or even form fitting tops. I was constantly asked how many months pregnant I was for years.
A mommy makeover was a dream that finally came true 6 months ago. I had TT with muscle repair, 450/485cc breast implants (no lift), and lipo of the flanks, upper abdomen as well as under the chin /jawline.
The recovery was not as bad as I expected, I did not need hardly any of the supplies I bought. The things I would definitely recommend are a cheap walker and a toilet seat riser thing. I slept just fine in my own bed with about 15 pillows lol.
As far as pain, the breasts were nothing, the chin was nothing, the TT and flank lipo were nothing you could not handle. Worse than a c-section but comparable as far as how u use those muscles. Definitely get the exparel injection, I think that was a Lifesaver as well. Most pain was probably a 5/10 ever strictly the belly. Stay on top of stool softeners and plain meds and u will be fine. I took one stool softener with every pain pill, worked like a charm. Also keep popping those gas pulls, u will be bloated, gas pain can be terrible so stay on top on those too.
FAST FORWARD 6 months later I am recovering again, this time from scar revision on TT scar, thermi of the chin since lipo left me some loose skin and breast implant exchange for larger 695cc silicone. Figured while I was asleep again, may as well go bigger. On that note. Do not hesitate to go larger! I would still have gone bigger again! I am 5'7" and 145 with a broader chat of 14.5 bwd, 695cc so far post op day 7 do not look much larger at all than the 450s. Just fuller. So go bigger than u think ladies, u won't regret it!
And questions, please feel free to ask regarding TT, breast implant exchange, chin lipo, chin Thermi... Etc.

Pics today, I'm 10 days out from breast implant exchange to larger 695cc silicone, as well as scar revision of 6 month old tummy tuck scar, and Thermi of the chin/jaw after lipo 6 months ago.
Boobs have given me zero problems at all, i suppose the exchange is much easier... The belly incision had been bothering me a little, not enough to warrant pain meds, the chin is much much better swelling wise and only one small bruise remaining, it is still a little tender to the touch. I think the chin looks better already, although I was told it changes alot over the next 6 months which I'm very excited about, i hated my double chin!
