Dr. Groff is a very skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable cosmetic dermatologist. He can do "magic" with lasers. I have been extremely happy with the results of all my laser procedures. (Fraxel, VBeam, Alexandrite).
Dr Groff also has a wonderful personality which makes having a procedure done more enjoyable. Dr. Groff really cares about his patients and always goes the "extra mile" to ensure his patients are happy.
Dr. Groff does not try to "sell" you procedures that you do not need. He is truly is a man of “integrity” and can be trusted! Dr. Groff takes time to discuss alternative procedures, pros & cons for each procedure and thoroughly explains the procedures so you know what to expect.
Also, I cannot say enough about Dr. Groff's staff: Carrie, Isabel, and Halley. They are professional, attentive, knowledgeable and treat you like "family". It is very comforting to know that you can rely on his staff.
Based on patient feedback, Dr. Groff was recently voted San Diego's Union Tribune's "2014" Best Dermatologist and San Diego's Best "2014" Cosmetic Dermatologist. Not only do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Groff but also many of Dr. Groff's patients voted him the "BEST". I truly believe you are in "good hands" with Dr Groff and his staff.
I travel from Orange County to La Jolla because I would not trust anyone else to treat me except Dr. Groff. I plan to continue my treatments with Dr. Groff in the years ahead, knowing that I will be well taken care of. I plan to have ThermiSF on my lower face and upper neck within the next few months.
