Dr Smoot is simply AMAZING!!! If you're looking for the best plastic surgeon he is it!!! He produces beautiful natural results that enhances your figure & beauty. He was my first and last consult. I knew when I met him he was the perfect fit for me. I have been wanting to get this done for awhile but I had my reservations. After breastfeeding, weight gain, & weight loss I had lost so much volume in my breasts. I have a little petite figure. I did not want fake looking boobs that made me look top heavy, nor did I want to look small. I was looking for the perfect balance. I was blown away when he pulled up a seat and said he wanted to educate me. All my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask.
