Dr. Smoot is a very talented & gifted plastic surgeon. He knows what women want and produces beautiful natural results. I knew from the moment I met him that he was the surgeon for me. He's all about proportion and balance. I'm so in love with my results. They look the most natural and people wonder if they are real or not. I'm petite and they are just perfect on me. Not TOO big and definitely not small ;) . He's kind and makes you feel comfortable. His nurses are awesome too! I highly recommend him!

Did you got above the muscle, under the muscle or partially under?

How do you feel about that placement option?

I have the best Plastic Surgeon in San Diego and I put all my trust in him to make the best decision for me and my body. He recommended subpectoral placement through the areola. You cant even tell where the incision was made thatś how good my scar is hidden. I know subpectoral produces a more natural result and less chances of rippling and Iḿ sure there are many more advantages. I have mentor silicone 350cc moderate profile plus. I love my results. If you have time watch this http://youtu.be/5PK6Na8eEW0 its my doctor discussing breast surgery. Besides my consult it really help me understand and put things together before I had my BA. Feel free to pm me any questions. = ) Good luck on your journey. Itś an exciting one!

I'm getting mentor silicoiine 350cc (most likely) moderate plus or hp. I haven't had my pre-op yet to see. I'll watch that video shortly. Thanks for writing back. I'm not too worried about rippilng with silicone implants. Would love to see a before and after photo if you can post one.

Congratulations Riri80! Happy to hear you love your results. Yes, breastfeeding can really take a toll on your breasts. So glad you got your volume back and feel proportionate now. Are any of your friends interested in the surgery now? :) We'd love to see some photos!

What is your height? I'm 5'2 and 105 lbs..right now. Looking into 325-350 cc
November 11, 2013
I'm 5ft 105... I was originally going for 325 but changed my mind and tried on the 350cc sizers and liked the look better. But I asked my PS for his opinion because I was afraid of looking too top heavy / fat since I'm really short. He said the 350s look great but I shouldn't go any bigger. :) I know it's tough picking the size but if you have a good ps they'll guide you to the right direction. Just try on the sizers and make sure you like the look. :)
