Bruising is a lot less noticeable and still swollen.
I am back at work and feeling pretty good. I am not one to sit home and do nothing for very long so recovery has been a little more inconvenient than I thought but still not too bad. It can always be worse! The hardest thing for me is to understand just how swollen I am.
I have had check ups weekly with the wonderful Dr. Schoemann and everything seems to be going great!

Your arms look beautiful! I think mine are too big to do lipo. May end up with just flappy arms. You look great!

It doesn't hurt to get a free consultation! You'd be surprised, I have stretch marks and saggy skin and it still worked on my arms. :)

Thank you. When I go for my pre op appt I will ask him about it. I'm getting breast lift/red and TT.

May I ask your height and weight pre lift? I see you had a TT previously. How long ago. Did you lose a lot of weight and need it or went for it because you wanted to b flatter? I will be posting my hideous photos soon since my surgery is 1/23. Yikes.

Hi! I had my TT back in 2011, I have a post on RealSelf from back then as well and you can see before and after pictures from that on there.
I am 5'5" and about 170 lbs. I was about the same weight when I had my TT. I lost 100 lbs pre surgery so i had a lot of saggy skin that I hated.
Good luck with your surgery please let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions.

I had a lower body lift 6 months ago and go next week to talk about a breast lift with no implants. I have a thick upper back, and now want to ask about lipo for it. You look great.

Thank you. You DO NOT look like someone who lost 100 lbs. you have great skin. Unfortunately I have not lost weight although I am trying to lose some pre op as suggested. 3-4lbs so far.

Today was another post op appointment. I had some sutures removed from my lipo sites. I am very swollen and bruised. I will try to post some photos of my lipo areas soon. In my opinion, you can not tell a difference in the lipo sites because it is so swollen. I am moving around my house pretty well, I went to lunch with a friend today and then to the supermarket but I got exhausted while shopping and went home. Today was the first day that I was not in much pain but I was sore and tired. My breasts just seem a little more swollen but I love them so much!

I am not sure how to switch it from saying "not sure" to "worth it"

Day 1 after surgery! I'm sore and tired but walking around and able to cook my food. I went in for my post op appointment and everything looks great. I will go back Friday for another appointment.
I love my breasts, so happy, better than what I expected!

Wow, you look great! And you are already cooking your dinner. That is so encouraging. I had a tummy tuck last spring and it took a week to start doing anything in the kitchen. and a couple months before resuming any sports. I've had a consult for breast lifts and some smart-lipo on my flanks, and don't want to have such a long down time as the first surgery. Please keep us posted on your progress. Your story and photos are helping me take the next steps-make the appointment and go for it. Hope your recovery continues magnificently!

So far so good! I go back to work on Monday so I am really trying to make sure I get a lot of rest but also keep myself moving around during the day so I am prepared for work on Monday.
