Oooh got a first look at the incision without the dressing and gosh doesn't it look scary? The left breast (the one I had been having problems with) looks awfully jagged and rough cut. I know when it fades to white scar it won't be so noticeable but I'm finding it a bit awful at the moment :(
Pain is not an issue, not taking pain meds don't need them. Had my first shower not long ago, did all my dressings (took ages!) then I realised I forgot to put the antibiotic cream on! Wasn't going to take them all off and start again.

I felt nauseous after the op so was vomiting and they gave me sleeping pill too close to the op which means it didn't hit me until after I came out of OR. Struggling to stay awake and vomiting wasn't good! It was a day procedure so I went back to hotel at night then just crashed and slept until morning.
I am a bit sore, more stinging type pain which is easily manageable with simple painkillers. Dr also said that he would remove the granuloma tissue and the deep stitch infection so hopeful all will heal well this time and I won't have that annoying opening every 6 weeks or so which was really limiting my swimming or having a bath and wearing normal bras. Will update pics again when bandages come off, I'm a bit swollen as is expected and will probably lose some cup size due to the lift but as ling as they are normal and I can wear a normal bra again.

Doctor Nasir is not answering emails after my original procedure in April 2015. The only way I can communicate with him is to go through the travel company that organised the travel/surgery. The initial procedure he did back in 2008 was wonderful, I loved it and didn't hesitate to go back to him. This time some unknown person did some of my surgery and although Dr Nasir denies this, I have been contacted by others who have had the same problems. He seems impressive on paper and is capable of doing great work, only problem is you may not get him, you may be a guinea pig for one of his trainees like I was. Only because no other surgeon will touch me I have to go back to him and get the deep stitch infection removed and nipples put back in a normal position. I am hoping it is him this time and not some trainee because I know he is capable and did great work on me in 2008. Update - had revision surgery on 26th Nov and the incisions are rough, pleated skin and uneven lines. Again I think he didn't do my operation, I am not evensure he was there and I don't think he ever got his hands dirty, so to speak. The pictures speak for themselves - beware if you are thinking of going to Malaysia or using him, I think he is cashing in the $ and delegating the work to trainees.
