Hi Guys,
It’s been almost 5 months since my surgery. Last Wednesday I had my last check up. And I have to cover few topics today.
- First of all, a person asked me about that “medical waist disposal” and if I had to pay anything on top of what I already have paid.
Turns out I actually misunderstood the doctor and what he meant is actual medical waist: the disposable instruments which he used while performing a surgery. When the surgery is a necessity the hospital (or the government) is covering those costs, but in case of plastic surgery they don’t. But so far I haven't received any additional invoices (fingers crossed).
- I still have bruised vain on my left arm, where the catheter was inserted. I talked to the doctor who is specialising in this field and to the sergeant. Basically it can last up to a year, nothing can be done accept using anti bruising cream and a very high SPF to avoid pigmentation.
- Someone asked about the possible risk of fat tumours. So I asked the doctor. He said that that technically they can form within 5 years. But he is doing fat grafting for 10 years and he never had that happened because he evenly distributes the fat. So fingers crossed.
- And last but not least. I have mentioned before that I have a slight dent on my right inner thigh and slight unevenness in the area of my belly. To the tight under my belly button. I guess I am the only one who sees it. So I mentioned it to the doctor and his answers was: you can not ask anything batter from a sergeant. Your skin is not as dense as a 17 year old person’s (mind you I always took good care of my skin, so...) You have a beautiful figure, so relax and go home.
Part of me was relieved that he did not suggest to fix it, because that would mean another surgery. Another part of me was highly displeased and annoyed.
What do you think, guys?

Hi Guys,
It’s been 3,5 months now. I think Everything has pretty much seatled. Few facts.
I think I have like a slight dant in my right inne thigh and my light inne arm, also I think right part of my lower ubdominal slightly smaller. But I am literally neatpicking.
I will try to make some photos later. In a month I have a follow up appointment with my doctor so I will ask him about it. I hear that it can take up to a year for those dents to form.
Also, I was a fool and someone who didn’t read enough reviews to think that lipo will diminish my size. May be I am halve jeans size smaller but oh they fit so good... just like everybody says in their reviews! I think the end result depends on the body shape, in my case removing muffin top and a bit of belly fat made such a difference. I feel very lucky. Because I can not do intensive workouts dew to my fibromyalgia.
I wish good luck to everybody who decides to choose this jorney and who decides not to.

Did you sing to develop lumps in your breast? My surgeon said that because of that reason he doesn’t feel too comfortable transferring that to the breast.

Nothing! But I Know a girl who developed a little lump (she had lift, little implant in one breast and fat grafting done to even out her shape and size) after one year! And she scheduled the appointment to see her doctor( same, Dr. Vertriest) and he immediately scheduled the ciergery to fix it free off charge !!! So yeah...

Hi Guys,
Here is some follow up. Everything feels more or less back to normal, the swallow was is gone.
I don’t wear any garments any more, since I find them rather uncomfortable.
Continue to dry brush every morning.
Some scares are hardly visible and some turned people. I will continue using he special silicon gel and will update in a month or so.
My breasts are one cup/ halve cup bigger now, even size and definitely firmer in the cleavage.
The back looks batter now, I still hope it will become even batter.
And my inner thighs look eitsy uneven... if I can use this word... in general I’m happy to get my old shape back.
I am may be halve a size smaller, since my waist is much thinner and I have no muffin top.
My waist is 10cm smaller then before, abdomen - 5cm smaller,
Thighs - 3cm and same size (!)
Above bust - 3,5 cm more
Busy - 1 cm more
Under bust - shows 2cm more then before but it’s strange since my old bras are basically like hoopla hoops on me... While the breasts don’t feet!
Hips are exactly the same size since nothing was done on my hips and butt.
And my upper arms are 2 cm less.
And may I say these photos don’t do any justice to my beautiful body.
