Not Worth It
$900 II had the two week at home and the hour and a half in office. At home was painful for the first 4-5 days and the ritual of the numbing gel, the timing right before bed, avoiding most foods, etc. was not fun. Though I figured it was worth it, considering the excitement of having whitened teeth. I had the inoffice 1 1/2 hr treatment which didn’t hurt during but that night it was the worst pain I think I’ve ever had. I asked my friends if they could tell that I had my teeth whitened and they said no it’s just looks cleaner- there was not one person I asked that said it looks great or there’s such a difference.
My dentist completely gaslighted me during the conversation I had with her about it I could’ve used the money for something else with actual results. Now I’m hearing that whitening can harm enamel, I asked her about it, but she said oh no definitely not- and I can’t really trust that she’s telling me the truth after the dialogue. plus the top try didn’t fit securely at all
