I'm scheduled in 2 weeks for a capsulotomy, mastopexy, implant exchange bilateral. I will keep you updated on the process and take pictures of my progress.
Here are some pictures of what I had done 6 months ago. This has to be fixed! I had a mastopexy with an Areola purse string. I'm left with these puckers around the Areola and these puffy nipples not to mention the indentation across the top of my left breast and the bottoming out. This has to be fixed!!

Today 6-30-17 was my surgery day. My PS went under the muscle this time. This is something new for me. I'm in quite a bit of pain. I'm taking pain medication and muscle relaxers ????. I have a burning sensation and my upper ribs are sore, as if I did an ab workout. The bandage doesn't come off until tomorrow so I'll post more pictures then.
I hope this is helpful.

Hi!! Congrats to you!! You got your new boobies. The first few days are the hardest. It hurts. And the medications do help,,,but they may make you feel a little "off". And you might get bloated, and constipated too. Sorry,,,I know TMI...but its what most of us go through. You will feel zingers of pain,,,and it does feel like you worked out the abs. Your chest will probably feel tight, and hurt tomorrow from the weight of the implants. Its all normal....and I think its totally worth it!!! Im excited for you to get to see your new breasts!! Let us know how you progress. Congrats again!!!!! Happy Healing!!!

Yesterday was my worst day so far. I ended up having to get my daughter to help me do an enema. I was so bloated and sick to my stomach. Something had to give. I'm feeling much better today. I'm still tight and swollen. I've been feeling those zingers you were talking about. I'm still hanging in there. Thank.

Hi. Im SO glad you are feeling better. I understand the misery. I felt so bloated at first,,,I felt like I was 6 months pregnant. You will feel tight like that for a bit. The skin is trying to stretch. It WILL stretch,,,and feel soft, squishy, and bouncy. Hang tight. It takes a couple months. Yep,,,those zingers are crazy, huh??!! Its like being stabbed for 1/2 second. Im experiencing those still too. They are all normal...and just part of the healing process. Glad you are feeling better. Hang in there. :)

Hope everything went well yesterday and you are healing nicely. Can't wait to see how gorgeous those lovely ladies are this time!!! When did you have your first implants? Were you unhappy from the beginning?

I'm very sore and swollen today. I had my first implants in 2004. In 2012 my right implant ruptured and the PS I saw then replaced the implants with 700cc silicone. They were very nice but they were huge. In December 2016 the PS did the mess you see in the before pictures. I now have 400cc silicone under the muscle.

I forgot to say my PS did a 400cc Mentor MemoryGel smooth round high profile under the muscle.

I'm very sore and swollen today. I feel like my breasts are right up under my chin and arm pits. I removed the ace bandage and put the bra on in its place. I barely had any blood on the gauze that was against my incisions. I'll keep updating. I have my post op appointment on Wednesday.
