Still riding a bit high, but so far healing nicely. Dr. Reath gave me a strap to wear at night to help them drop. It's not the most comfortable thing, but if it helps I'm for it.
6 days post-op
I had my post op appointment today. I was instructed in massaging them, got my stitches out, and I got a strap to wear at night to put pressure on them so the would drop. I have a lot of upper pole fullness still, and I am a little nervous that I didn't go large enough with the implants. My breasts just seem a little smaller than they did when I was wearing my rice sizers. My sizers were 360cc's and the actual implants are 390cc's. Is it just because I'm still riding high that they seem too small? I just need some reassurance. Has anyone else experienced this?

I know the pictures look bad, but I am not in pain at all. I am just sore, like I did an intense workout. I was really nervous, but the staff at the surgery center put me at ease. My nurse warmed up my bed and gave me antibacterial wipes to clean myself with. I got an IV and massaging sleeves on my calves to prevent blood clots. I met with the anaesthesiologist, then my doctor came in and drew his "roadmap" on me. After that the nurse put some meds in my IV and I remember getting really sleepy. I remember being wheeled into the operating room and then waking up in recovery. They told me they had to give me extra IV fluids because my heart rate jumped up to 120, my resting heart rate is 90. They also assured me that this is normal when come off the anesthesia.
So far it has gone well. I have been very dizzy at times, especially when I took all the bandages off this morning for my shower. When I saw myself I got very woozy; but it's not painful.
