Hi all! I have been embarrassed about the size and shape of my breasts since puberty. I have always been an A/B cup, with saggy tuberous breasts. After 4 kids I am now a C cup, but the sagging has gotten worse. I am sooo ready to be proud of my reflection in the mirror, and to finally have normal looking breasts.
I have done tons of research and looked at 100s of before and after pics. I have chosen a surgeon, just need to set up my first consultation. At this point I am nervous, but excited to get this process started.

Dr Reath did my breast augmentation, and just 6 days ago he did my tummy tuck. He is great. I hope your experience is to! Best of luck

Consultation scheduled
Got my consultation scheduled with Dr Reath on the 16th. I am so excited, these next two weeks are going to crawl by for me now.

Surgery scheduled for April 21st
So excited. Now that the surgery is on the calendar it finally feels real. I have been wearing my rice sizers since my consultation, and starting to feel weird without them.

Good luck! I am having my surgery on Thursday too. What size and profile did you decide on?

My rice sizers are 360cc's. Dr. Reath suggested 390cc's to account for the implants going under the muscle. I trust his judgement, so I'm letting him pick the profile. The important thing for me is that they look natural.

I'm sure you will be very happy with your results! I am getting 450s hp. I have a little bit less tissue then you I think (barely even a b).
