WORTH IT$7,000
Recently lostb significant weight, breasts went from solid 36 C/D cup, to barely there, deflated B cup. Dr. Gallaher did an excellent job, thought in wanted smaller 450cc, because of my broad shoulders he suggested I at least think about going larger. Tried sizers on up to 750cc, ended up going with 600cc. Wanted my girls back!

Before and After, and why
WantMyBoobsBackNowAugust 21, 2017
Just thought I'd start out with a before picture and then skip to where I am now. I'll post the in between pictures below. Remember these are Naturelle, 600cc Silicon, HP.
I wanted to go back to how my boobs were before I lost my weight and maybe a little larger than before. After having three children, and nursing all three of them, I was a fairly firm 36D in some bras, or an overly full C in others, and I loved my boobs! And I kept those boobs until two years ago when I finally, really, really, really decided to lose the baby weight that I'd had for 5 years after my last child. The funny thing is that my boobs were holding their own for the first 30lbs of weight lost and I thought I might be one of those rare women who could lose weight and not lose her boobs. But alas, the last 20lbs lost got them and I wanted them back. I was wearing VS bras with literally over an inch and a half of padding in them. My husband asked me what the difference was between school girls "stuffing" their bras and me buying pre-stuffed bras and that got me thinking. So I researched, and asked, and researched some more, and then put it off, then researched again, then put it off, etc. etc.... Finally I realized that I had to make the leap whether the timing was right or not and here I am.

Comparison pictures
WantMyBoobsBackNowAugust 21, 2017
As I said below I've been taking comparison pictures for awhile now. So I'll start out with the first one. You can tell the skin was really tight because it's so shiny in the after picture. The pectoral muscles were rock hard after the surgery and 600cc is not a small implant so the skin was really stretching. The pain was manageable, but the nausea was worse. Ice packs were my friends those first couple of days.
