UPDATE at 9 month mark
WORTH IT$2,150
So, as promised, just posting an update as I near the end of my 9th month post procedure. As you can see, results still look great and, overall, I'm still thrilled with the results. Will post again at the one year mark to show you my progress. :-)

I had Ultherapy 7 weeks ago in an effort to correct some loose skin on my neck after a massive weight loss. Everyone tells you how much better you will feel after you lose weight but no one mentions the impact it has on your skin. :-( After a lot of research I decided to try Ultherapy even though I was a little worried based on the mixed reviews. I was told not to expect much in the way of results for at LEAST months but all can say is WOW! I started noticing subtle results after just the first few weeks but chalked it up as residual swelling (I had some swelling that lasted for about 14 days after the procedure) but as time went on I realized that some actual changes were taking place. The photos below were taken on the day before my procedure and today, some 7 weeks later. I get that this isn't for everybody and feel for those who have had less than positive and downright terrible results but I wanted to put this out there to show that this procedure DOES WORK on some of us. Was it painful? Yes. Was it expensive? Yes. But the boost that I've gotten back to my self esteem by getting my "old" neck back makes it all worth while. If this is the result after only 7 weeks, I can't WAIT to see the final result. My suggestion is to do your research, find a provider that you trust and to go in with realistic expectations. I hope this helps someone out there as I relied on a lot of the reviews on this page when making my own choice to have this procedure done. I will post additional photos at the 3 month mark and again at 6 months. Good luck, everyone!

Congratulations! Your neck looks amazing. I did not see any results for my ultherapy treatment and I think that perhaps your neck condition was less severe than my own??? I think your results are fantastic! I think my neck was far worse to begin with after so much sun damage in my youth. Now that I am in my 60's, my choice might be plastic surgery.

I'm sorry your results weren't there. Did your provider offer to reimburse you with other services? This treatment isn't cheap.

It looks wonderful! So happy for you....I had an appointment and after reading all the negative comments on Ultherapy on this site, I cancelled it. got chicken....I hate the skin hanging under my chin but I'm not ready to invest the $3500 and find it doesn't work or makes it worse....

I almost did too. All I can tell you is that I'm glad I didn't. It wound up being so worth it.

That's what concerns me. Most reviews patients say they ended up with sagging skin. :(

I had thermage in 06 and ulthera in 2012 and likewise had great results that lasted over a year. I did full face and neck ulthera for just under $2k at Bella in Manila. It included cardiology work up, labs and anesthesia. I highly promote it although it seems some folks respond better to it than others. Your neck looks much better, great choice.

Thank you! Do you think you'll go back for a touch up now that a year has passed? Just hoping that my neck doesn't go back down hill once my year is up...lol.

Can you tell us which transducers (1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.5 mm) were used on your neck? The lower neck is much thinner than under the chin area so did the doctor use different transducers, and how many lines / passes did you get on your neck? Thanks, you look great.

With what transducers?
