Weight 183 , Height 5'4" with 38 DDD Bra. I'm 8 days post op with explant and lift. So far I've gone down to a 38D/36DD and they're starting to feel soft. My right breast feels quite knotty inside. Assuming it's scar tissue, Dr said it would resolve over time. I wanted my implants out to take the pressure off my back and so I can become more active. I've gained 40 lbs since I got them in 12 years ago.

I don't mean to be judgmental but you have such large breasts to begin with. I think you look SOOOOO much better without implants. Beautiful!

I went in 12 years ago for a lift at 138 lbs and Dr convinced me to get implants or I wouldn’t be happy with the outcome so I got them. Having gained over 40 lbs and having another baby, my breasts kept growing and I decided I wanted them out. I think I would have been fine to have only gotten the lift 12 years ago. I feel like they have a saggyish shape after removal. Empty at the top, full at the bottom but they look Good in a bra. *I Have so missed belly sleeping and I love the softness BUT it definitely makes my body look fluffier.

you look great without the implants!! great shape and size...my doctor recommends using surgical tape on the scares for months and they have seen great results in fading of scars even better than the silicone tapes out there etc...says secret is keeping the tape on long term
