Found my 'before implant pictures'

Wanted to upload some more pictures from before my Mommy Makeover 2 years ago. It is a very dramatic difference, i just wish my boobs stayed in place :/
Hoping for a decent outcome with this removal. I still have a fair amount of breast tissue left so i'm pretty sure I'll be able to fill a B cup.

Hey everyone! I am a 28 year old single mother of 2 children ages 9 & 7. I got a "mommy makeover" around 2 1/2 years ago, which included a Tummy Tuck with Muscle Repair and a Breast Lift with Augmentation.
I am 5'7 and have weighed around 130-140 my entire adult life, although I gained around 50-60lbs during BOTH pregnancies. I was fortunate enough to lose most the weight fairly fast, but had a diastasis recti (gaped ab muscles) that was 2-3" wide! I also suffer from severe stretch marks that i knew even a full tummy tuck couldn't eliminate. My skin was so wrinkly from stretch marks that my stomach looked like a chewed piece of bubble gum. I never went in to surgery thinking I could remove all my stretch marks because I was well aware that would never be possible. I got the tummy tuck to tighten the deflated skin, and to tighten my muscles. I had no complications and have rock hard abs now! (sort-of lol)
I was told I wouldn't need lipo at the time of surgery so i didn't get it, but it seems like since there isn't any fat on my stomach, all the fat has decided to pile up on my sides and create the biggest muffin top i've ever seen! I have to wear tighter fitting pants because my hips aren't very wide and I have virtually no ass to hold anything up, but then I have to deal with a bakery explosion of muffin! I have tried spanx, and i usually have to wear a tight fitting tank top under any and every shirt just to try to hold in the bulge. It is very noticeable because I am not that large anywhere else on my body. Its pretty embarrassing.
Ok so now moving on to the boobs.. I had saggy, deflated 36C cups with large areolas. I was so self-conscious of them that i always hid them, never showed anyone. Over the years they just kept getting worse so I was ecstatic to finally get a chance to have boobs to be proud of! I have a long torso and broad shoulders so I went all out and got 420cc silicone under muscle with an anchor lift. I LOVED them! They fit my size perfectly, I didn't feel like a [RS bleep] star, they dropped naturally and I could wear low cut tops and no one could tell they were fake. I went from deflated 36C to a 36DD.
Fast forward 2 years and I now have saggy DD's that slide into my armpit when I lay down on my back. I also now have "double bubble" on my left side, I can feel the lumpy implant through my skin at the bottom of my breast, and I still have horrendous scars from my anchor lift after scar treatment and every type of silicone sheet, gel, natural remedies... etc.
Also I feel like I look heavier with these implants in.
I'm getting tired of the heaviness on my chest, and the pain in my back.
I did 3 years research before getting my augmentation but that alone can't prepare you for any personal experiences like the ones I am having.
I try to eat mostly organic, I don't take medications for anything, not even Tylenol, I don't drink soda, and I juice frequently. I feel like I am healthy and natural, yet I have toxic bags in my body that I elected to put in! I guess I am just second guessing my choice. I remember how happy I was to be getting them, so it is hard to make this decision but I know it needs to be done.
I am not having any pain except the weight causing some back pain, but I just keep feeling like I would rather take them out now than experience capsular contracture, or any other horrible things that woman have had to go through with implants.
So to make a long story longer, I am removing my implants, and getting smart- lipo on my hips and flanks. No matter what I do, that fat will NOT GO AWAY! It is so frustrating!

My *NEW* Dr. also quoted me for a "re-do" anchor breast lift, to try to cut out the scar tissue and hope that I will heal better this time around, but I decided not to go for that at this point, however it is possible for the future.
I am using a different surgeon this time because I felt brushed off by my last one. He did a great job on my Tummy tuck + Muscle repair but I feel like I got a botched breast lift and augmentation.

I am scheduled for my pre-op this Monday, July 20th-- and my surgery day will be August 4th.
They think It will take around 3 1/2 hours, most of the time being for smart-lipo.

Thank you to those who read my novel and I will try to update my story frequently to help out anyone that has any concerns or is going through the same process I am. I know reading these has helped me, so I can only hope that I can help someone as well.
Later!

** I will get better pictures up as soon as possible**
