I am a 32 year old mom of 2. I had my first daughter at 16 and gained 65 lbs. I lost all the baby weight and then gained back the weight plus some. At my heaviest, I was 240. I got back to a healthy weight of about 165. At 31, I had my 2nd daughter and gained 65 lbs again. I am ready to have my body back!!

I was allowed to shower after 24 hours. I took my binder off and felt pretty woozy so I thought I better wait on the shower. I snapped these pictures really quickly, put my binder back on, and took a nap instead! I'm definitely feeling worn out towards the end of post op day one. I am so excited wit how I look already though!!!

Hi there ! Congratulations on your new you!!! After researching I’ve found many people like you complain about feeling woozy/dizzy one the binder coms of for the first time , how long did that feeling last for you ? Inside they recommend you take it off that soon ?

That was rough! I was in the shower for all of 3 minutes. I'm completely wiped out but I got to see my belly button!

Looking good! Every day gets better. Tomorrow will be two weeks for me. Once you get past the first few days, it’s crazy how you can feel different day by day. The nerves healing now and having to sleep on my back are my biggest troubles now. Oh...and the swelling at the end of the day. Ughhh. But we got this!! Keep up the momentum!
