I haven’t updated in a while. I’m still having a little bit of swelling. A little pulling or tension here or there. Overall, I feel completely back to normal. I’m very happy with my results!

Swelling ...up, down, up, down.
Tomorrow makes six weeks. On my flat days, I absolutely love my results. Other days I feel super disappointed. The swell he’ll can really mess with your head. I feel fat or like there is no difference when I terribly swollen. These pictures are just different days throughout the last two weeks. You can see the difference swelling can make day to day... or even hour to hour. I feel pretty normal overall. I’ve even started cardio back at the gym. My eating got a little out of hand the last two weeks. That definitely didn’t help the swelling. Today is cleanse day 1.

Yes me too, in 2 days it'll be 6 weeks. I haven't had a flat day yet, so I can't relate to "loving my result"... But of course, I know what you mean about the swelling, since every day is swell hell over here. I think you look great, AND FLAT, but yes, I know, at day's end, we're all 4 months preggers.

One month tomorrow
I'm feeling more and more like myself. Finally drain free! Still slightly hunched but getting there.
