Drains OUT!!!
This morning he took the drains out, yea!!! I see him in two but, I think I will start the massages. I'm so glad I know about those, thanks. My right breast will probably be smaller, that's one reason I got implants, oh well!! I hope they fill out on top.

Two weeks, I didn't type weeks!
Looking good!! You have quite a bit of breast tissue. Big change from your first post-op photos. Upper pole fullness seems to be the elusive holy grail of explant results. What massage technique are you using?
I would love ideas. I said that bc of earlier posts I read about massaging. I was going to look it up.
I did a quick look but didn't find a whole lot. SOmeone posted a video on the realself website, but I can't remember who. It showed a person making circular motions on breast with 3 fingers flat. Move around the breast with rather firm pressure. I'm not sure how soon post-op to start. I have to think massage is a good idea. Keep adhesions at bay. Also. you can/should massage scars once the incisions are fully closed. You can find info about scar massage online.
Ok. Thanks. When I shower, I do massage the upper portion, with the warm water hitting it. That's what I remember, someone on this site posting about massage. I didn't know anything about the scars so, thanks for telling me that. My PS did tell me yesterday it would take several months for them to fill out.
I agree with Meecro on the upper pole fullness. Implants create that and it's actually very unnatural. Sloped breasts are normal. You look great![RS bleep]
Yay on getting the drains out! You're looking great.
Thanks!!
You look awesome! It looks like you'll continue to fill out in the upcoming weeks. I don't think our natural breasts are meant to be filled out in that upper pole area. Implants create that artificial fullness up there. I've been massaging for the last many days and have noticed a very positive results from it! Postop seems to be quite a journey. Most say it takes six months to a year to really see how things settle in. Enjoy your freedom. Happy healing!
Thanks!
I like your natural shape much better! Congrats!
Thank you

A week later
It's a week Friday. I still have drains until next week bc of the amount of fluid. I hope the crease in the right breast will change after the drain is taken out. My PS, on Monday, told me they look good.

You look wonderful!!! Oh how I pray I will look half as good as you do after I explant!! And from what I have seen from other ladies on this site ...time makes the breast after explant fluff and look even better. So I bet you will be even more beautiful as time goes on. :-) Thanks so much for sharing your photos and your recovery journey!!!!
Thanks for the kind words! You will love being free of them.
Your tissue seems to be filling in already! Looking good. How are you feeling?
I feel better everyday and the fluid is lowering everyday, too. I'm going to be my small self again but, that's ok.
I hope you are feeling well too!
You look great!
Thank you very much.
Thank you!
You look great! How are you feeling?
The drains are really bothering me. They really aren't helping with my happiness, for getting the explant. Thanks for asking!
When do you get them out?
Hopefully tomorrow. They have been in 11 days and aren't drains much
Hopefully tomorrow!
I answered that twice
Good luck! Hope they remove them as planned.
