I consulted with my surgeon and he stated I would need a lift as well, which I was not excited about! I got a second opinion, not because I didn't trust my PS (I had already scheduled surgery and paid my deposit), just to hear it from someone else too! I was not wanting the scars from an anchor lift, but I eventually came to terms with it! After making the decision to do one surgery instead of two I went in again to see my PS about sizes, profile, silicone vs saline...yes, I am sure I drove him crazy asking 3 million questions! My PS recommended 375cc, I asked for larger if possible, which he said he would do if it would not compromise my blood supply. He did as he said he would and I ended up with 400cc's! So far everything has been great. I go for my Post-Op on Monday and finally get to see what they look like!

They look amazing! I’m going in in 12 days for 450 Moderate. I will leave it up to my PS so may possibly end up with less...but 400 looks like a great size.

Hi =)) I just replied to your message you left me on my post so I just had to come and me you =)) Congrats!! =) You're looking great already. .. would you mind me asking what your height, ribcage measurement and BWD are? Your before photos show you have way more breast tissue than I do. ... and you look as if you ended up with really nice full and definitely large breasts =)) ...

Thanks! I'm 5' 6" my ribcage is 32" I'm not sure what my BWD is, I will look tomorrow and see if that was noted anywhere or try to measure it. I'm not a small gal, I have broad shoulders. I told my PS there were two things that can't be too big, boobs and diamonds so he better put in the largest implant he could get in there! He got 400cc's in there. I could have went way larger if I had done it in two surgeries and did the lift then went back and had the implants done a few months later but I don't have the paitence for that! I do wish they were bigger but I'm happy with them so far. I hope they don't drop too much.

I completely understand the impatience. ..lol... that's my middle name. ...hahaha. ... I'm getting a lift and 800s... so hopefully it will turn out well. .. I know there are increased risks..but call me impatient. ... lol.... my surgeon said he could do it as I seem to have the room for them... I guess that's the upside of breastfeeding 4 kids.. and they were all big babies with big appetites. .lol... my chest was HUGE....... hahahaha ... so at least that is pauing off now.. =))
I think you look amazing already. . And very large =)) ... meant in the most positive way as a compliment =)) xoxo

I know the scars look good for this stage in the healing process but I have to admit I had a full blown meltdown the other day when I took these pics. Lol...they are so big I can't really see under them so I hadn't truely seen the scars in detail until I seen these pictures! I feel better about them today than when I had my meltdown. I plan an using Embrace on the scars once my PS says I can start scar treatment. He says I don't need to use Embrace (it is expensive!) that scar cream/gel or regular silicone strips (Embrace has silicone but also keeps tension off the inscions) but I have made up my mind that I want to use Embrace so I am. I will post better photos and another update soon!

I freaked out when I first saw my scars, too. I'm only 2.5 months now and they already look a lot better. Yours look really really good especially for how soon post op you are

Thanks! Today has been a bad day for pain! I know it's due to a nerve, it's sharp pains and a burning sensation. I've tried ice, pain meds and muscle relaxers and nothing is helping! How are you feeling?
User Avatar

Yes that's the pain I was having last week! It subsided after about 2 days, only sitting helped for me, with minimal activity. Hopefully it goes away for you soon! I remember it definitely was not pleasant, it hurt more than the actual surgery did!

Yeah, same here! This is probably the most painful day I've had since surgery. The pain meds worked great for the pain right after surgery but it hasn't helped this at all.
