Hi , I was in the morning too, I was first up which was great, I only saw 2 other girls in the recovery area one was finished and one was from Victoria I think and she was just getting admitted, maybe you were in theatre at the time. How are you feeling? When is your next appointment?
July 17, 2016

I was operated on at 8am and the lady who was after me was a blond was that you? , I am a redhead I was sitting there waiting for my husband and kids to pick me up and was staying the night in the mountains before we drove home the next day to the snowies.
My bruising has gone already I had been taking arnica tabs that you put under your tongue and vit c, vit e and magnesium and now I'm just doing the middle bit massage that they showed me last week at my 1st post op appointment. My next appointment is on Wednesday week, to get the last of my dressings taken off. I have been using aloe vera as my skin seems to be really drying out while wearing the bra all the time, I used some bio oil after the aloe this morning and haven't been to itchy. I'm just still abit sore when I sleep and I'm so used to sleeping on my side that I cannot still get used to sleeping on my back, its feels weird like I have cushions in there when I sleep on my side and then I get worried I'm going to bugger the stitches inside so I quickly roll over on to my back. I'm probably just being silly.
July 17, 2016
Hahaha i am the same with sleeping. I hate being on my back :(
I dont think it was me that you seen :(
Sounds like u r doing great :) i bet u cant wait to stop wearing this bra 24/7

I am abit over wearing the bra but when I don't have it on it feels weird as it gives me support, I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym only 2 weeks to go, as I'm starting to feel abit house bound at the moment as I cannot lift anything even push a pram plus we live out of town which is beautiful but lonely at times, I still get tired during the day so I really look forward to my sleep of a night. How old are your kids?
July 18, 2016
I am so glad u said that about being tired! I feel the same. I hoped it was from not exercising.
Kids are 2 & 4
I have to go in today to see doc as my bruising is still black and not fading.

Mine is next wed and then again on wed 17th Aug. Oh no I couldn't drink that many coffees I wouldn't stop needing to go to the loo and it would just be my luck an accident on the m7! Hope the doctors appointment goes well and your bruising settles down. Take care :)

I have sent you a private message as I'm worried for you :( You poor thing and you were so looking forward to having this done and then have this happen you must be devastated and feel like things have just turned to crap when they shouldn't be.

Hi, thank you so much for posting. It would be great if you could continue to post your progress as I'm really interested in the results of this specific op (especially with the teardrop implant) with this surgeon. May I ask why the medial bruising? Did you end up with a lollipop or anchor incision?
July 16, 2016
Lollipop incision.
I am not sure on bruising. There were no issues as far as i am aware.
