At 46 years old, I had never experienced anything like plastic surgery but I had been increasingly unhappy with my nose. I was very nervous about every aspect of surgery but after meeting Dr. Kim, I just knew I was in good hands (literally)! I was not an easy patient in terms of my qualms about having a surgery, have many questions, and also- as it turns out- a very heavy bleeder, but Dr. Kim handled everything with kindness, patience, intelligence, care, and such gentle professionalism. He is truly a one of a kind physician. I also had a complication after surgery, and he made himself immediately available and was totally on top of situation. I also felt in great hands with all the office staff, who were terrific in their capacities, and offer a smooth experience. Now, as for the result- I'm so happy! I wanted to look natural and like myself, but to have a nice nose-- he accomplished all of my goals! The whole experience exceeded my expectations so much, that I had to write a review. For someone who was so hesitant about surgery to be so comfortable and pleased, that deserves a review! It's just a tremendous relief to be able to look in the mirror and like what I see, especially as I age!
