1 year post op

It's been a little over a year since I had my breast augmentation. I'm still very happy with my results and no regrets. It took a while to feel comfortable working out using my arms/chest...it was more of an awkward/uncomfortable feeling at first and I always thought I was going to displace them or that they were going to pop out of my chest. Haha-it was just getting back to building my strength and muscles back after not using them for so long. Now, I'm used to it and it's not such a strange feeling to me when I do arm/back or chest exercises...I also noticed that my posture got worse post op-(obviously due to the slightly extra weight on top)-so that's why I also began doing more exercises involving my upper body so I could help prevent me from walking around with my shoulders scrunched in and slightly hunched over. Definitely has made a difference and am glad I worked on correcting that sooner than later.
I still feel like they look a lot bigger when I have my bathing suit on vs. clothes. Which I'm fine with. I wanted to still look 'natural' but fill out a bralette/bikini top and that's exactly what I ended up with! ????....I still have visible scars but continue to fade. Right side has faded more than the left.

300/325cc 2 months post op!

Just wanted to continue monthly update and post some pics of progress thus far. They continue to feel very natural-right one is still a tiny bit higher than left and I'm massaging it twice a day for about 3 minutes each time. No pain at all and able to lie on my stomach with zero pain-it's just an awkward feeling if anything. As far as size I'd say I'm more like a 32D (as apposed to 32DD which I was measured at a month ago and measured the same last week). The DD bras cover so much of my boob though that it shows when I wear tank tops-so the D I like better. Still wearing tape over scars. Adding some pics with bikini tops on-when I have doubts about size I chose (not going bigger), seeing myself in bikini tops re-assures me I chose the size I wanted :)

1 Month Post Op/pics of scars

I can't believe it's already been one month since my breast augmentation!...My right breast has finally caught up to my left in regards to softness and they feel so natural already!! The stiffness when I first wake up in the morning has gone away and I continue to love them more and more as the days go by. :) My scars aren't as bad as I thought they would be. My left boob has the 'worse' scar out of the two but isn't painful-just gets irritated if I'm moving around all day in a regular bra. Everything seems to be going very well! Just wanted to update on my first month and put some pics of my scars on here too.
