Decided to go ahead and write a review since I have found this site very helpful pre-op and post op as well. I'm 5'5 114lbs and was a 32a before. I've always wanted bigger boobs and finally made the decision to do it! It all happened rather quickly (I was able to take more time off from work than I had thought so I pulled the trigger to have a breast augmentation instead of going on a vacation) My first consultation was end of January and on March 1 I had my procedure. I went into it not really knowing much (I.e. what the common cc's are and that a lot of women regret not going bigger). So when I went in for my consultation and tried on sizers I thought the 325cc's were actually almost too big for me but made the decision with my PS to go with that size since they are being place under the muscle. My left breast has 300cc and right is 325cc since my left breast naturally has always been bigger. It's only been 2 weeks post op and I'm still getting used to/feeling like I have bigger boobs! Ha, I read so many reviews from women on here saying they felt the same way or wished they had gone bigger and I'd look at their pictures and think to myself, 'there's no way I'll feel like that'....and guess what-I did! It took me about 6 days post op to actually believe I was any bigger than before. When I tried on some of my old bikini tops is when it sunk in and I felt great about the way I looked and the size I chose! I always wore a VS super push-up padded bra that made my boobs 2x the size they really were and had mastered the craft of making my boobs look bigger. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can finally wear backless dresses and tops without a bra or a bra with a ton of padding!

They look great! They're plenty big IMO. Congratulations.

Your results look like you are going to have beautiful results when they fall and fluff. They already look awesome. I just started looking at your story today because I meet with my surgeon on April 8th and have already thought the Moderate Plus in the smooth round would look good on me too. Great that you did this for your self!!!

I've been going through the same struggle: wishing I had gone bigger! I still look at my new boobs and think they look not that big. (My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy, haha)...but this weekend I wore a dress that's low cut that I used to never wear because I had nothing to really show, and I (finally) felt like they're plenty big for me now :) I guess it's pretty common to get 'boob greed'....hope you start feeling better about yours :)

2 weeks Post Op feeling great!

Nina489
It's been 2 weeks since my procedure and I feel great! Breasts are not swollen much any more and they're slowly starting to drop down and feel a lot less hard as the days continue. Still sleeping on my back. I did however sleep on my side for a little bit last night and it wasn't that uncomfortable. I'm able to wash my hair in shower using full range of motion in both arms. Gets better day by day! Photos were taken today at the 2 week mark :)

Lovely results! I too will be getting the Mentor Memory Gel. My consultation is coming up soon and I've done a lot of research on the different types etc. I think you made a great choice.

Thank you! Even though I'm only 18 days post op they already feel so natural! Very happy with my decision :)

I'm on my 7th day and I'm glad to hear yours have softened up and dropped a little. I'm hopeful mine will too.
March 25, 2016
Mine dropped and softened significantly between my 2nd and 3rd week and it seems like most women who got the same type of implant had the same experience. They already feel like 'real boobs'! I'm sure you'll be feeling the same way real soon! :)

325cc Moderate Plus 3 week post op

Not much has changed within a week. My stitches were removed this morning and now will just tape the incisions until I see my doc again in a month-the scars are not nearly as bad as I thought they were going to be! Happy about that :) My right breast is dropping slower than my left but not by much. Ive been massaging them and will spend a little more time with my right ;)...I've def been having moments where I regret not going bigger, and thinking to myself they don't seem much bigger than they were before. It is such a strange feeling! This site has helped a lot by reading other women's stories and knowing I'm not the only one who goes through this! I know with time I'll get more used to them and do I believe I chose the right size for me....just wanted to share my thoughts on here for myself and others.

Thank you! :)

What size bra are you?!
March 26, 2016
32dd. I have a couple of Natori bras from Nordstroms and Victoria's Secret-both are same size. Although when I got measured they said I was a 32d, but the sides of my boobs hung out so much so 32dd seems to actually fit.
March 26, 2016
Ok. They look great!

Did you like Dr Fenner? I meet with him tomorrow, but read a negative review of him on Yelp and was concerned. Also did you do it in the surgicenter?
March 28, 2016
YES! I LOVE Dr. Fenner! I think I probably read the same 'bad' review on Yelp. Haha....I couldn't disagree more with that review, actually. I'm pretty sure he's one of the best in the Chicago area actually-someone recommended him for me and I couldn't be more happy/thankful. He really did an amazing job and the entire process has been wonderful :) And yes, I had it done there in the surgicenter. Everyone there (nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. were great too) Hope this helped. He really is amazing! Good luck and let me know how it goes! :)
March 28, 2016
Thank you so much! I was about to cancel my appointment!
March 28, 2016
Omg! No Way!?! I (honestly) can't imagine someone having the same procedure done and not being 100% happy with it :)
March 28, 2016
I want a tummy tuck with lift and implants, never heard of mentor smooth- does he explain all the different kinds of implants. How did you pick yours (they look fabulous!)
March 28, 2016
They'll explain the different types of implants...but I went in for my first consultation without knowing one thing about implants-except that my boobs would become larger! Haha...and I just told him what I wanted-a full 'C/small D' cup but not to look like a [RS bleep] star, so a little more on the 'natural' side and then tried on different cc's with the nurse and decided on the 325/300. Not knowing or really doing any of my own research on the type of implant, he chose the moderate plus profile for me-which is why I'm also so happy with him...after I had the procedure I read up on the types of implants and am so thankful that's what he chose because of the way my breasts were before and how the outcome would be after. I had a couple girlfriends of mine suggest getting the high profile and I'm glad I didn't, as I don't think they would have turned out how I wanted them to. So, in my opinion, that's another big reason why I think he's a great surgeon-he knows what he's doing and will give u what's going to look best on your body :) and thanks for the compliment!

Your pics look great I'm similar weight and height to you. How was the pain for you and what exercise if any are you capable of doing so far post OP?
March 28, 2016
Thank you! Most of my pain was only the first 5 days. After that it was more of an uncomfortable feeling/getting used to them if anything. I'd say I felt almost completely fine around the 2 week mark. Only thing that was uncomfortable for me then was sleeping on my side but now I can sleep on both sides, no problem. I was cleared by my PS to do light lower body workouts after 2 weeks and just did squats/lunges and walked. I just saw my PS last week and he said it was ok for me to use the rowing machine and bike-but to be sure and wear a very supportive sports bra. Things he said I can not do are push up/pull ups-anything that'll involve my pectoral muscles. (Which I'm fine with because I hate upper body workouts like that ;) haha)

Thanks Nina for all the info, great to know.
