I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. David Williamson. I am originally from the Coast so I had to communicate via email with his staff beforehand to book my consult and make sure that traveling to the Okanagan was worth it for the consult (since I had already gone to a doctor in Vancouver who I wasn't a fan of) after receiving great feedback from his staff and answers to some of my questions, I decided to drive up for my consultation. He was amazing, he showed me digitally what I will look like with the size I want, he answered every question I had thoroughly (I had a lot lol), all of the nurses and MOA's treated me so well too! I felt totally confident that he would do the job as well as anyone could and give me what I was looking for. I ended up (coincidently) moving to Kelowna a couple months before my surgery with my boyfriend so I didn't have to give up for the 2nd consult or the surgery from Vancouver. I had my second consult with a nurse and she answered all of my questions and was great too. On the day of my surgery I felt completely taken care of, dr. Williamson came in and chatted with me before to just go over the plan and I had a chance to speak with the anesthesiologist as well which was super comforting!
Post op, I felt was lucky and somehow felt very little, if any, pain. Just lots and lots of pressure! (I started with a 32 B and now I'm a 32 DD). I took my medication as instructed and began massaging about 4 days post op. I began doing lower body at the gym after 2 weeks, light weight upper body after 6 weeks, and I am just waiting for my 3 month post op appointment to be cleared for running again! (This isn't a recommendation, make sure you only workout when you are cleared to do so!).
I am now almost 3 months post op and I feel great! I massage my breasts 3 times a day for 6 minutes! I used bio oil for 2.5 months twice a day so I don't have any stretch marks and my incision scar is healing!
I completely recommend Dr. David G Williamson! His staff is great and I personally felt that he genuinely cared about me and making sure I was comfortable in all aspects of the change!
