The first day was painful and I was very sore and hurting for a good 2 weeks even after surgery. I am very happy I did this though I am pleased with the results so far. I am now a month almost and have no pain anymore just tingling and stinging sometimes where the nerves are healing themselves. They are getting softer each week also which is great. They felt like rocks the first few weeks.
