Sorry for the lack of updates, life got very busy after the surgery. I struggled with not being able to exercise. I am delighted with the progress so far. I live my perky girls.
I am back training fully now.2 light running, conditioning and kickboxing.
I still wear a soft sports bra top bed every night. I will start using oil soon for the scars but will wait until I no longer need tape.
The scars have flattened out well but I can still see some dissolvable stitches under the skin.
The left areola and nipple is still numb and the right is fine.

Hey lady! Glad to see your progressing really well, you look fantastic!! :D How long have you been wearing the tape for? I was told I don't need to wear mine anymore, and I don't wear the sports bra to bed either. Don't worry about the numbness, I found that once I started massaging mine the feeling started coming back in my left one which was slightly numb.

Hi, my initial reply just disappeared. I was using the tape all day up to recently for flattening at the edges and the areola. I am very happy with the scar healing. Some of them are barely visible.
I have come to like the comfier of the sports bra at night and believe it helps recovery.
I will start massaging oils/lotions very soon.
Your results are awesome. The results on the areola reduction are brilliant.

lol that's ok, it's happened to me too! Yes, the tape for the areolas and the vertical line were the most crucial for sure. However the incisions under the breast have scars that are a little raised, and not sure if that can be helped because they are in a crease. How are yours healing under there? They're thin but I still worry about them, the tape seemed to only do so much there.
Yes, do what you feel is the most comfortable for you, for sure! I hate wearing anything at night lolol

When applying the tape under the crease, I slightly stretch the skin for adhesion and flattening. However, I haven't used the tape in probably 2 weeks. I started the oil this morning, looking forward to see what results I will achieve with that. For now the scars are still a little raised and kinda chunky, I'm putting that down to disolving of stitches inside because it is flattening, albeit slowly.
I think the swelling and softening are only really starting to settle down now. That could be why you are seeing some changes now? Perhaps they will settle back to how they were. I'm giving myself until Christmas to see results :)

Ya, I was doing that before also which I'm sure helped. And yes, it must be the stitches dissolving, at least I hope so!
I think you're right, they need to settle more for sure so I'm not over panicking yet lol I know they say about 1-2 year for final result so I guess we'll see!

I love seeing the tummy tuck too after 10 years! have maintained stable weight? I had tummy tuck breast lift 5 weeks ago and am scared to death to fluctuate my weight hat I will get loose skin again.

I am 36b, but that is mostly because of weight loss. If I gain weight I will go back to a 36C. My weight had fluctuated over the years and I have not gotten the loose skin. My skin stretched dramatically in both pregnancies. I have no intention of getting pregnant again.

Wow, you look like a supermodel! Perfect. Your doctor really did a magnificent job. I wonder if I have to fly to your doctor's location. Could you give us ssome details on his address / contact information.
Plus you never have to worry about all of the issues that inevitably happen with implants.

Thank you. Yes you would possibly have to travel to him, my flights were only 160 euro and my hotel was only 30euro a night. My total savings were 5k euro.

Yes I'm very happy with my decision not to have implants. I think long term it will be a better decision for me.

You look great! That's exactly what I'm looking for! So far doctors have tried to convince me to get implants that I DO NOT WANT. I've always liked my athletic look, as does my husband. Seeing your results gives me motivation to press on and find someone who will do what I want!

Glad my posts help your decision. I feel that my age is also a factor in that I don't want to look like I am trying to hard to look to young.
I don't think implants would suit my frame either. I'm delighted with my decision. I hope you make one that you are as happy with.

Curiosity killed the cat...
1 day post op and curiosity got the better of me. I opened my dressings and am very happy. The right side seems slightly bigger but is swollen at the ribs do it could be swelling. Still, what a radical improvement!!

Hi everyone, today is my 1 day post. I slept only lightly last night. The drains in my breasts and the canula in my wrist were a little awkward. I was given a lovely breakfast this morning and taken by the nurse to the surgeon to have my bandages, tapes and drains removed. When I had my tummy tuck, I hated when they took out the drains. It wasn't a nice sensation for me.
This morning, when my tapes were being taken off and then the surgeon and the nurse both got ready to take out the drains, my body gave up and I passed out. Completely gone. I actually remember dreaming slightly?? Then I came to and it was a shock. I didn't know where I was at first and thought I was dreaming when I saw the surgeon. My entire body was covered in sweat and I felt nauseous. I got to see my breasts slightly though :) They are nice little neat handful boobies.
After I returned to my room, a masseuse came in to give me a chest massage to encourage healing and assist the lymph system. Then I had a wash down with a face cloth and arranged my lift to my hotel. I will go back in 2 days for another massage and to see the surgeon to arrange having my stitches out in 2 weeks. Luckily one of the surgeons will be in Dublin then :) lucky me.
All has gone so well so far and I'm as comfortable as can be expected. I was sent away with instructions for care and a medication package.

I wouldn't mind mine being a little smaller if I could have high and perky. I don't have much upper pole mass, so they e told me I may end up wanting to do a small implant up top later. Really don't want to have to do that.

I am not massively concerned with upper pole fullness. After all I'm 40 lol
I want to look as natural as I can and as you said, I can use a push up bra for if I need to for fullness with outfits.
I'm just so happy mine will no longer plop out of my bra onto my ribs :-)

Hi Kaunus, congratulations on the new girls. I love your results. I'm53 and due for my 1st procedure ever. BL/IMPT. Our background's are virtually the same. An athelet for yrs. I'm very physical throughout my whole life. Every part of of my body resembles a wiman of 35 except the girls. So yes, they had to play catchup.
Must say great job and I wish you a speedy and an uneventful recovery. Happy for you. Oh btw..I'm due in Aug 2016. Wish me luck!

Hi Irish Mam.. I am almost 2wks post op. All went well so far. Though one, I hope just something minor and can easily be addressed. I'm dealing with sharp stabbing pains from one of the girls. Hoping you and I can keep the line of communication alive so maybe our stories can or would be able to have insights on each others experiences. How has your recovery be since June? Hoping recovery goes smooth so training comes sooner, ha

Hi. I didn't have stabbing pains just more discomfort if I over stretched. I am now more or less fully recovered and training 7 times a week. Competing soon too.

Initially I emailed a query, sent photographs and they gave me my price. Communication was very clear and covered all of my queries.
I meet my surgeon on the day of surgery. I also met my anaesthetist shortly after.
I had a private suite with my own bathroom suite. Massages were included. I was sent away with all medication and bandages I needed.
I was collected from the airport and was transported to and from my hotel and the clinic as required.
