So Pleased with the Work Dr Tautvydas Urbonas Has Done on my Face and Breasts

Another 6 weeks post surgery image
WORTH IT
This image shows one of my ears (I had a bilateral otoplasty). My ears are exactly as I hoped for, in that I wanted them to be left out at the top and pulled in at the bottom - so they better complement my face shape.[My ears were originally out, the same distance at the bottom, as at the top.]
As regards the bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, it's remarkable how skilfully Dr Urbonas has carried out the work. Dr Urbonas also lipofilled the area just above my eyelids, as the fat in my tissues in this area had disappeared in recent years.The effect of this lipofilling has added even more aesthetically, to the amazing result of the bilateral blepharoplasty. If you compare my eyes on this image with the pre-surgery image I included above, you will see how much the aesthetics of my eyes (especially my right eye) has been restored.
My hope before the op was that I would be able to more fully use eye makeup, as the folds of skin (and loss of fat in the upper tissues) were really hindering how well I could make up my eyes (like I couldn't do a winged look with liquid eyeliner at all). Now my eyes are just perfect and I am so pleased with them :)

Just so happy with my ears, my eyes, my forehead, the removal of the bags under my eyes and the lifting of my face. And the fat transfer to my boobs - which is wonderful.
I must admit, maybe ironically, that I missing the swelling quite a lot as it gave me so much mid face volume (which my face shape really needs imo). While I had the swelling, I thought that I would be able to forget about getting cheek implants. But now I'm back to thinking about how I can obtain such an increase in mid face volume permanently - so cheek implants are back on the agenda!

Thanks for the pic. U look great !! I miss the swelling in my butt too but it's still a great improvement for me. You'll have to let us know if u get cheek implants although I think u look good! X
Thankyou Rebecca. I should clarify, there was no plan to widen my face with this op. Rather the swelling from the facelift just turned out to be rather enjoyable while it lasted :P
I am really hoping Dr Urbonas will be willing to do my nose later in the year or early 2019. Both the bridge of my nose between my eyes and the overall width all the way down to the base of my nose will look a lot more feminine if slightly narrowed. Plus I am hoping to have more of a 'ski-jump' curve to my nose - as well a couple of other things 'tidied up' (left from a previous rhinoplasty).

Thankyou :) It is 10 weeks today since the operation. I had thought all swelling had completely subsided a few weeks ago. But I feel my face is still changing subtly, week-to-week (in a nice way!). So I guess things haven't completely settled yet. I think its more around my neck and jaw and cheeks that subtle changes are happening. Dr Urbonas did indicate to me that it takes many months for all swelling to completely subside, even though most of it will dissipate within 6-8 weeks.
I noticed a similar thing with a previous face op in that I thought all swelling had subsided after 8 weeks or so, but in fact beneficial changes kept happening for the best part of a year.

Dr Tautvydas Urbonas has done a very considerable amount of work on my face, which I am extremely grateful for and pleased with. I am a trans girl and so it was important to find a surgeon who understands and is happy to work with my particular aesthetic needs.
You can see from the before surgery image that I had quite a lot of jowling which was hiding my jaw line (my tissues were quite loose all round my jaw and chin) and in addition I had developed bags under my eyes. These two issues were corrected with an SMAS facelift and some work on the fat under my eyes.
I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty which Dr Urbonas has done beautifully. My forehead was a touch too flat and Dr Urbonas has created a slight curve on it using lipofilling. Previously my ears weren't the prettiest, though now they are very nice and exactly as I hoped for. I also had my lips refilled (i.e. lipofilling) and the same with my cheeks.
I have breast implants and though I was very happy with them, I had some implant lines showing which Dr Urbonas has hidden with fat transfer from my abdomen to the top and inside edges of my breasts. This has also had the effect of lifting my breast roots higher, which I am very happy about.
I feel so fortunate to have come into contact with Dr Tautvydas Urbonas and consider him to be an excellent and highly skilled surgeon with a great sense of female aesthetics. I am very much hoping to book further surgery with him for some rhinoplasty work.
The nursing and care was truly wonderful and the clinic was extremely well run and spotless.

Hi I had a Brazilian butt lift with dr urbonas and he did a fabulous job . I wanted to go back to him to have some fat into my cheeks and jawline for facial contouring so I'd like to ask if you have any pics more recently without swelling xx

The clinic itself is clean and it is entirely functional. It reflects its location of Eastern Europe fully. The clinic staff speak little or no English while Dr Urbonas speaks very good English.
I urge you to research the clinics you are considering fully, I didn't do so but instead, relied on the reviews shown on WhatClinic and regret not doing so, I would not return to this clinic and would not recommend the surgeon or use him again,
