I found Dr. Karimi after meeting with 4 different doctors before him for a complex revision following 2 prior botched rhino/septoplasties. He was the only doctor I met with of the 5 who immediately made me feel at ease, and conveyed a level of confidence and expertise that I hadn't felt from any of the others. Moreover, at no point did I feel that he simply was trying to convince me to go with him, so that he could gain another 'customer.' It turns out, my intuition was absolutely right. Dr. Karimi went above and beyond throughout the entire process, meeting with me on weekends (as I was driving a great distance to meet with him), answering any questions I had almost immediately, and explaining every step of the process in thorough detail. His staff as well, is the perfect supplement, as they were able to answer all of my questions, particularly as they pertain to billing and insurance, without hesitation. As far as the surgery itself goes, I could not be happier. My surgery was fairly complicated, and I was not expecting the results that Dr. Karimi was able to achieve (especially given my 2 prior doctors completely failing to meet their duty of care). My breathing is impeccable, and aesthetically, the hump in my nose and slouching tip are completely fixed. Dr. Karimi's staff in the operating room was amazing. The anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable immediately, as did the nurse. At no point did I feel pressured to have to leave the recovery room, as nurses have made me felt in previous surgeries at different hospitals. Dr. Karimi's level of care and attentiveness did not stop on the day of my surgery. He remained available by text in the days immediately following, and during each and every post-op appointment has continued to act like I am his most important patient. It's been an absolute pleasure and I am happy to say that he is my doctor for LIFE. I have since sent my family members to Dr. Karimi, including my mother and father for other procedures, and both of them have had an identical experience. Thank goodness for this guy!!
