Terribly disappointed in the outcome. ClearChoice Dental Implant of Kansas (and Greater Kansas City) has advertisements on television/internet advertising excellent outcomes but this is far from the case. The impressions for preparation of the crowns were done by poorly supervised assistants who did a terrible job. The bridge crowns placed on the implants are too low and so I cannot chew properly on the side on which the implants were placed. The dentist, Dr Dale Cipra removed the bridge-crowns and placed metal underneath to increase the height but this did little to solve the problem. Dr Cipra has since refused to remove the temporarily placed crowns and correct the problem. He has also refused to refund the money for this poorly prepared bridge. During the initial consultation, I clearly told the dentist I wanted separate crowns on each implant but Dr Dale Cipra has an attitude that indicates he does not listen to his patients. He has refused to finish the work that was agreed on in the consultation as well. I am terribly disappointed with his work and attitude. I now have visible holes on the top of the porcelain crowns which anyone can see that this does not give an attractive appearance to my mouth

Sorry to hear that this has gone so poorly, I know the hope that goes into having this be a permanent solution and the cost, pain, and all. I hope that you can find some resolution soon so that you will feel better.

Hi I'm so sorry about what you're going through! I'm in Chicago and I had a bad experience at dream team dental with all three dentist!
They extracted teeth while leaving the infection in place!
They didn't explain what the risk where until after they abused me now my oral cavity is in a much worst situation! my speech is slurred! and my face is disfigured!
Dentist like these and I'm thinking there are a lot of them out there when I read all the horror stories online... should be jailed!

Care Credit - the credit card company that ClearChoice billed for the useless crown - refuses to refund money for Dr Cipra's bad work
I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. Are you still wearing temporaries? It sounded like you said you were. Also, have you gone to any consultations to hear if you might be able to improve this outcome through another doctor for a price you can afford?
