I did not update my week 12 weeks post op because I was tired of working all day long. Also, nothing changed with my breasts last week. Today is my 13 weeks post op. Something has changed a lil bit. If you look at my righ breast, you can see it is closer to the middle. I have massaged and push my girls to get closer since my ps recommended. I want to have nice cleavage. Still, my left breast has not come closer. Also, I have worn underarmour sportbras all time because it helps to push my girls closer. Moreover, I been observed myself since I got surgery. My skin turns too very very dry like flaky. My facial pores are getting bigger. I been used my fav skin care products and never had irritation for 3-4 years. After I got BA, those skincare products irritated me a lot. I had to stop using them. Last week, I was upset about this. I was frustrated almost three months. I didn't know what to do. I cleaned my closet and found my some skincare products in a box. These products never worked with me since day one. I dont know why I still keep them. Believe it or not. I have tried it again. It has not irritated me!! This is weird. Good things turn to bad. Bad things turn to good. I have one more story. I asked my fav hairstylist today about my hair situation. She said I used to have thick hair. Now, my hair is thinner and fall out a lot since I got surgery and took medication. She told me that her friend got surgery and her medication caused her hair falling. Her friend took time like a year until things turned to normal again. I don't know if you guys have issues like this. For me, things are getting weird with my skin and hair.

They seem to have rounded and dropped more. You should do a week by week comparison to see how much they have changed. (Even just for yourself). Your skin even look less tight. You're coming along great.

I'm trying to massage them as mush as possible. The right one is still high. The left one is moving toward my left underarm. This is challenging me to push them close together lol

They are still coming along nicely. Are you wearing a band or did your Dr not recommend you to do so.

No he did not say anything about a band since I met him 4 weeks ago. He just told me about wearing a sportbra and massaging by pushing breasts together. He told me to not push the upper breasts. I will meet him on this Monday coming. I will ask him about the next step. I have read about a band helps to push breasts drop quickly and make them close to each other. Do you know any details about it?

No. But if he says do not push upper breast then the band may not be an option because it sits right on your upper breast.

they look a little softer this week. looks like both of our girls are taking their sweet time! my skin went nuts too. super oily and dry. I broke out on my chest, a rare for me! they’re still coming.... I have two giant pimples on my neck. my face was also dry and extremely oilly but went back to normal after a few facials.

Oh girl I have acne on my chest and breasts. It never happened before , but it happens now. I feel like my neck and chest have a lot of fine lines and wrinkles due to dryness.

It’s still taking some time for my left to drop but I’m also left-handed too. Its coming along though so I’m happy about that. Yours look great! I hope your hair and skin get better. Good luck!

Updates?

Your body is most likely excreting (getting out) all the medication that you have been taking (muscle relaxers, pain medication, anesthesia.) These things cause your body chemistry to change especially with prolonged use. I’ve had a similar issue before with prescription medication making my skin REALLY dry as well. Your boobs look great by the way! I know that stress can cause some of the things you have described like hair thinning and dry skin. Stress is so hard on your body and the symptoms can manifest in so many different ways. Sending you some positive vibes!

Hello there, I’ve been following your journey and I love reading and seeing how your progress is going, Quick question, do you think you have a gap because of the implants being XHP? Since there are narrowest implant, but then you have a narrow chest, did he ever suggest HP instead of XHP? That way you could of gotten a little more clevage...

I'm unsure if Extra HP makes me have a gap. I barely wore a surgery bra around 2 months because the nurse told me to not wear it after 2 weeks post op. Some people said "to not wear a bra can make implants move to be under armpits." But some said,"it depends on your body and anatomy" But my nipples are kinda in the middle of my breast that s what I expect for . I have not asked my PS about this issue but he told me push my breasts close together and massage them. Actually, My PS recommended me to have Full HP between 290-340cc. I cannot go above my BWD so I requested to get ExtraHP. It helps to increase more projection than Full profile.

How's everything going?

everything is same old same. My muscle is not relaxed sometime because I work and sit in front of computer 8hrs/day. I might look for a new job that make my breasts and muscle feel more comfortable. I will upload pics tonight. Don't forget to check them:)
February 8, 2018
I will. You may need to look up some techniques to help you relax through out the day. Even for 2 or 3 min at a time

Today is my 1st day of working from 8am-4.30pm. I felt tightness on top of my right breast so I switched to use both arms when I was using a mouse and typing on a keyboard. I have to practice to use both arms because I don't want my right chest muscle to feel more tight. My right breast is still higher.
I got a new sport bra last week. I got Under Amour. I think it is better than VS sport bra because UA covers my side breasts. I think it is great for someone who has an issue with a wide gap between breasts. I wore it while I was sleeping. It is very comfortable. When I lay down and wear this bra, I don't have to worry about my breasts separate and go under my armpits.

you look amazing! do you think as they settle even more they will come closer together? my PS has said i will have a larger gap too, so that’s good to know about the sports bras!

I hope them come closer soon. I try to massage a lot everyday. I'm really worried about it. I recommend you to try different sport bras and brands. I baught few bras. Some was good on day one, but some was saggy after washing even thought I did hand wash and lay flat. My fav sportbra is UA Threadborne™ Seamless as you can see from my pic. It still looks good after handwashing.
