I am massaging my breasts three times a day now, not taking the Vicodin but unfortunately for me I slept on my side last night and paid for it this morning. Luckily my muscle relaxer helped. They don't seem to have dropped much and are still further apart than I'd like but patience! My strips are still on so I'm waiting for them to come off to see what my incisions look like. Just taking care of me and my boobies!

So I've been waitst training for a while and stopped right before my BA. When is a good timeframe for me to start again?

I had my second post op appointment today and my PS told me I can start massaging. I looked on You Tube and there are A LOT. Some specified breast augmentation so I guess I'll check those out. Does anyone have any useful ones or has anyone posted any on their profile? I guess I'll go profile trolling tonight. I was also cleared to wear any supportive bra (without an underwire) and wear my band only a couple of hours. It will be easier to wear while I'm sleeping so I don't even have to worry about it. I'm so in love with my ladies. No pics today but I bought some bras and will post a lot tomorrow. Till then everyone take care!
