I am so happy I made this decision. First off my joint pain in my fingers have gone away 100%! Who knew all these years that the implants were causing the pain! I used to be so sore when I gripped things I really thought I was getting early arthritis when I was on my twenties. 2nd I look fine I worried for nothing, yes my girls are a bit saggier but I have invested in several Victoria secret bras so you really can’t tell when I’m in clothes. Without clothes it’s not as scary as I thought ???? my Husband isn’t put off. Also I feel like I actually look better, I look more proportional, I’m still busty with my natural chest but I don’t look unproportional with a small head and frame and big boobs! I look back at pictures of myself and cringe. So in conclusion I have no regrets about removing the implants I am very very happy. I hope my story will help someone make the right decision for themselves , for me reading every one else’s stories really helped me to make my decision ????

Hi. Glad you’re doing well and hope you fluffed. So happy all or most of your symptoms are subsiding as well. I am 10 days out today and sooooohappy! Had them for 18 yrs and they were over filled 350 cc. I was a 36 D.........now, 36a, well one of them is anyways. The other fell over itself kinda, so I guess I just have to wait #nd see, but I know that. Just removed them underlocal/ twilight, no lift. I was shocked at first, but I’ve seen and read probably everyone’s journ3y on here( not really) and so I’m just going to pray for the best I can be. I didn’t have anything wrong with the implants , but got tired of them and really thought they looked terrible on me. I felt f@ke and still to this d@y don’t know why I ever even got them. My husband never #aid much about them, and eventually I seemed to be covering them more than showing 5hem off. Anyways, I feel great, a little sore by the incision and drain holes, and the insides are just a little tender. I keep gently massaging them and hope they fluff a little. Don’t think I could say theyres any swelling...I’m just small and where the implant sat, which was way too high, it is concaved. Not too pretty, but all me. Haven’t let my husband see them yet....he thinks I’m crazy!!! All my old bras are huge, so after these sports bras I’m also going to VS. hugs to you, enjoyed your story

It's been a journey!! But I'm better now haven't had swelling/seroma or anything crazy for a while now. I purchased wonderful compression bras from Amazon to wear 24/7. They are called Care fix Sofia compression bra, and I bought a carefix implant stabilizer to provide additional compression in that upper pole area where I had had so much swelling. I bought a Medium in the compression bra, I'm now a 32 C. The Medium provides wonderful compression, on a scale from 1-10 it's about a 4 for compression, enough but not too much. The bras (I got 2) we're $70 a piece but soooo worth it, I wish I had gotten them sooner , they work way better than ace bandage or even a tight sports bra .
