My appt Wednesday

WORTH IT
Well...honestly I'm feeling some type of way. I feel like they have gotten bigger since the surgery and I'm hoping it's just swelling that will go down after a couple of months. Other than that I still love them. I will ask my surgeon about my size on Wednesday (two days)

Doctors visit

Everything has been going great. The Dr Odyssey says that I have been healing perfectly and I'm no longer taking my pain meds. It's my my own decision , they were way too strong for me and often kept me nauseated. I'm not really in pain although my breast are sensitive to touch of course. After the first two days I felt much better. I love my new breast size, people say I look much more proportionate . He told me to start moisturizing with non vitamin E lotions for now. Although the scars are hideous :( I don't regret this procedure at all and I feel it was totally worth it

Hi there your pics are great!! Is there a reason he said non vitamin e creams ? I thought vitamin e helps fade scars?
Right and I asked him again, without vitamin E and he said correct. I read plenty of reviews stating that other surgeons recommend vitamin E so I guess it's just a preference thing. I'm using the Vaseline cocoa butter lotion along with a tad bit of palmers cocoa butter with vitamin E but I haven't had any problems yet

Day of treatment

Well

Had my surgery at 10:30am. I love my new boobs. My surgeon is great with his hands..I came home laid on my back and somehow I laid on my side and caused excessive bleeding from my left breast . It soaked through my gauze and shirt. I called the advice line and they informed to keep pressure from the gauze and if it continues to leak go to urgent care . I decided to wait cause the nearest kaiser urgent care is 40 mins away. It scary but I should be ok . My appt with my surgeon is in a couple of days. My nipples are extra sensitive btw. The bleeding has stopped for now with the pressure.

Oh my!!!I don't think you should wait to see or talk to your surgeon. I would call them up and email/text them the pictures of what happened. Bleeding out from your incision is an urgent matter!!
Thanks for your concern , I talked my surgeon and he did inform me that as long as I don't have a swelled up area or anymore bleeding I should be ok. I feel much better now
I'm using Dr. Odessey in December. I can't wait! He's so calming. I want to be a B cup too.
I hope you have a smooth recovery from now on! Thank you for your honesty in sharing your photo of the incision bleed. I have not had my surgery yet, but I am a side sleeper and I'm very nervous about accidentally turning on my side while sleeping. Please keep us posted with updates. You look great, btw!
I am a total side sleeper and had my surgery 10 days ago..I got 2 body pillows and put them on either side of me to keep me from rolling onto my side..not enjoying the back sleeping but the pillow thing has saved me !
Thank you for the tip! I was going to use regular pillows, but body pillows make much more sense!
