I went through Kaiser Fontana in Southern California and it was the best experience I have been through yet. My surgeon was Dr. Gelwart and I am 10 days Post Op. I feel like my results aren't real. They're so great. Keep in mind, this picture is only 10 days out! I lost 112lbs and had that skin taunting me on my tummy. I have a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo to my flanks. My doctor made me feel comfortable through every step and I have been so pleased with the attention, commitment and results from my surgery.

You look fantastic. Did Kaiser cover any of your surgery and how long did it take you to get an apt for your consultation to the actual surgery?
Thank you. I'm doing great. Almost 4 weeks out! Kaiser did cover a lot of my surgery. I scheduled my consultation in April from May and had my surgery end of June. Because I had weight loss surgery through Kasier and had some documented skin issues, they covered the cost of what the pannilectumy would have cost and I paid the difference for tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo
Thanks. I also had weight loss surgery with Dr Fedorka. I'm currently waiting for a consult. My appt is scheduled for August 29th such a long time away. I requested a specific doctor because a friend had that same doc. I am anxious and ready. I am torn between the panni and the full tummy tuck. I have been doing a lot of research. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I asked the doctors opinion. I LOVED my surgeon and am so grateful for him. He was direct and honest and communicated so well throughout the entire process, which made me feel so comfortable. Best of luck to you :)
