I always thought my facial line wasn't smooth and have big cheekbone ever since when I was young, then For first I started research about the plastic surgery center in malaysia, thailand, singapore first then I started search about the plastic surgery center in U.S. and South Korea who I really can trust their skills, techniques, and reliable surgeons for the surgery. because I do not wish to have revision of surgery, I wanted to be done at once!!
There were few things needed to be my plastic surgeon & plastic surgery center:
1. In-house anesthesiologist for my safety( because through my research I found out that I will need to do under general anesthesia for facial bone contouring surgery)
2. Skilled surgeon
3. In-house translator because I will need to communicate ( did not like about the travel agencies or other method to go to plastic surgery center overseas because they will rip me off, I have found out that if people go through some kind of agencies they will ask clinic for the some kind of commission for the overall payment)
4. Fast respond: because I need to communicate with them to ask some of questions before I go, during I stay, and after care
I started search online based on above 4 things
and I have found JW Plastic Surgery Center in Korea which it belongs to have above 4 things I have mentioned to choose my plastic surgery center
so i started to contact them through email and they had pretty fast respond regards to overseas communication
also they had in-house translator for english, chinese, vietnamese, russian, and thai
they had total of 9 doctors including in-house anesthesiologist
other 8 doctors were specialized in each field of plastic surgery which I liked the most because they were board certified doctors, who gets invited to some kind of seminar as a speaker to other plastic surgeons overseas which it means they are pretty skilled and experienced doctors. Another thing was that they do not use "shadow doctors" because I heard that so many plastic surgery center in korea use "shadow doctors" but this JW Plastic Surgery Center was legit
When I actually when there to have my plastic surgery done
doctors were speaking decent english with very well treated patients
also their staffs were very nice to all the patients not just me
I found out that there were so many foreign patients from the overseas to have plastic surgery done. because I though I was going to be only one, that made me feel comfortable
Now I will stop talking and post my pictures, so you can check how it got done and how do i changed

You look great. Its great to know also that some of the plastic surgery centers/hospitals in Korea have in-house translators. Do you think that a lot of them provide this service?

Indeed. I've heard too many horror stories to ever consider going there for surgery now.

I had fat grafting done by same doctor and the result made my smile strange and aged me 15 years. I called or emailed backed for help many times but mostly ignored the real issues. Didnt respond to the problem that was created after surgery and suggest me for face lift costing over 10000. Why do a fat graft if it's neccessary to do face lift because it made the face sag and look much older. Why did he suggest fat graft in the first place then. This procedure is good only for someone who has too skinny of a face, that need to increase a lot of volume. It doesn't lift the face. If you are happy with the size of your face, fat graft will ruin the proportion of the face. My face was in proportion and balanced.
Dr.Suel put lot of fat under my nose and my lips dropped making my smile go down like I'm frowning. I lost the nice contour when I smiled. I've asked the consultant if I can reverse it and she never reply back. So as you can see, it can go wrong and if it does go wrong, they have a completely different attitude. Become ignorant. I still can't believe how in the world can they change so much from before surgery and after its done. It's as though they have nothing to do with them about the result. I was told 1 month after surgery to wait wait. After 4 months they said wait more. It never got any better. Just left with fatter sagging mouth and face. I lost the charm I used to have while smiling because now it look even more weird after I smile from a still face. It's very sad.

I've finally went back to the same doctor and was told the change to my face was due to aging but I know it can't be so drastic change in split one month. Anyways,
I looked into few options to reverse my problem even go to other clinics. They all suggest number 1 solution is to face lift. But my sag is not so severe and I felt sad to cut my face just because of too much fat after fat graft. I didn't look that old to start with. One doc said he could acusculp or aculift then face lift. Basically reduce some unwanted fat with laser and lift up skin by face lift. Cut off excess skin near the hair line. Sounds too scary for me. I don't have the guts to do that yet. I went back to the original doc since he knows best what was done before. He did thread lift near my jaw line was told no gurantee but actually turned out very well! It took away my sag. My smile went half way back to normal. Even not completly back to before I'm happy for being able to reverse it back somewhat.

Also the doctor and assistant were very nice to me. It's just that before they were too busy and probably they had to deal with tons of clients like me. This time they had enough time and seeing me in real maybe finally got their attention. I think just mailing from overseas doesn't do much because they might think that your never coming back. Well that's not the case because we chose to go so far because that's how much we put our trust on that clinic or doctor. Anyhow, thank you for comforting me while I was feeling down and hope you all get well and better too.

For someone wanting repair of bad lip, this clinic is the place to go. Because the survival rate of fat is good, I repaired my thighs bad lipo
From 2 years back. It left me with bumpy uneven skin surface. This time the same doctor repaired it by doing fat graft. I guess fg is useful for this kind of problem where you really need the fat to survive!

Wow sorry to hear that. I’ve talking with the consultant and I think it’s also good to know what they will do if there are revisions to be done. Have you had any luck on revising? I’m looking for fat graft revision.
