My journey for Vaser liposuction in Istanbul turkey Vanity clinic Dr Güray Yeşiladalı

I’ve decided to do this detailed review for others who want to travel to turkey Istanbul with vanity has there is not enough information or reviews on the clinic for Vaser liposuction its important for me to be totally honest with my experience to help others who wish to travel to have this procedure lt has really been an eye opener for me the last couple of months in making decisions and now knowing what to expect with Vaser Liposuction...
I’m 47 years old & have two children after having my son my body never went back I carried lots excess fat on those problem stubborn problem areas, flanks , stomach , waist and inner thighs I trained 4-5 a week doing spin classes and the workout insanity HIT
I tried my best to eat healthy but these areas wasn’t shifting I did lose weight but the stubborn fat was still visible.
My friend in work done a BBL fat transfer in Colombia after seeing her results and how amazing she looked I wanted the Vaser but Colombia was to far it’s ok if you are in your 20’s 30 no commitments plus my friend paid for flights the treatment and massages it run up to £9000 but my god she looks natural the bum looks unbelievable ....
I didn’t want to travel so far UK wanted £6000 7k so after months of researching I decided turkey I was torn between elite clinic and vanity clinic and one more clinic
I read lots of positive reviews on vanity clinic but not much reviews on the Vaser
Elite clinic was some positive and some negative
Elite wanted £4000 inc aftercare
Vanity £ 2900 NO after care
I contacted vanity they came back more pricey than a few other quotes in Istanbul but I went with them due to patients reviews and photos of the doctors work ....
A lady called Julia contacted me on whats-app I sent my pictures and she then I decided to have flanks , lower belly and upper abdomen area and inner thighs done ...
Booked in for May 25th .... I-sent Julia lots of messages and she would always be there to address any concerns or questions...

Ok I packed lots of stuff that I now know that Was not necessary to be honest you essential need bed pads in case you leak , Arnica cream and a few padded dressing plasters to change after your shower and baby wipes and your toilettes ....
Loose clothings , I brought lots of leggings from primark cheap god send and lots of vests and t shirts
You need comfortable clothing for the swelling
And flip flops....
I decided to book my own hotel separately I wanted a 5 star hotel so I could recover in good surroundings and comfortable standards ....

I arrived in turkey on the 24th May
In the evening the patient coordinator Julia text me to let me know my car was going to pick me up 7am to take me to the academy hospital ( from hospital to hotel and back 56€) I started to feel nervous but excited
Arrived at the hospital at 7am met Julia very nice lady she speak great English we went upstairs to the ward the room was clean , modern and nice no compliant I had my blood test done and then Julia went off wished me good luck and I didn’t see her no more I met with Dr Guray he has a soft pleasant character very approachable to ask by question made me feel comfortable he’s spoke very good English that was great you could ask him all your concerns .He asked me my expectations and looked at my body he said my lower stomach pouch was muscle damaged from children tummy tuck was better For me but I told him I’m here now for the Vaser so I wanted him to do he’s best and he said he would try he’s best on the lower pooch and for a hour glass figure my inner thighs he said he couldn’t take too much off due-to the skin laxity it was slightly loose and it could sag I appreciate him being honest with me he said Vaser is also great for skin tightening so it should be ok ...Dr marked me up then took pictures and said he will see me in surgery it will last 2 hours
Blood test came back fine I was lying on the bed ready to go down then I do-not remember nothing ....
I remember some one calling my name I Woke up in the bed shaking like a leave for 10 mins i thought “what have I done” I was a little bit scared as I was on my own the nurse came in and said this is normal then I saw I was leaking everywhere ...the shaking stopped
The bed was covered in blood or oil I was uncomfortable and felt sore please this is no afternoon Treatment ...I had a nice high quality compression garment On the problem was the Garment was tight around my lower legs , after 30 mins , They brought me food no way it looked something out of prison I only eat the soup it was not nice In fact vile
Then the nurses changed the bed gave me pain killers I was on a Drip and Pain killers all night
Plus antibiotics injections
I needed water the nurse came in and they brought me 2 bottles up after I was begging and it cost 9 Turkish lira please note nurses only come in to change drip etc unless you buzz for help plus the crazy thing is the nurses told me to drink lots of water so I don’t know why I was begging for it
A massive recommendation for anyone make sure someone one is at the hospital to stay with you Then they can get you decent food from outside plus buy water because the nurses can’t and I don’t like that feeling of keep asking for stuff that should be easy to provide to you like water ....
I got up in The night lots of time to wee I was bleeding , leaking everywhere but I managed to clean my bed with my own clean bed pads I bought with me no way was I laying in so much blood , oil leaking the main cover was full
I kept going in and out of sleep I
Couldn’t wait for the morning....
Morning come I had breakfast typically Turkish breakfast then the Dr came around asked how I was feeling
I said very swollen , sore very rough uncomfortable night which I was expecting He said the Vaser liposuction all went well and Hr thinks I will be happy with the results plus within 3-5 days I should be feeling much better
I would be discharged from the hospital at 11am ... and I would see him in 3 days at the hospital or clinic to be honest everything seemed a bit rushed for my liking ....
Nursers were nice they DO NOT speak much English that’s a downside but they were helpful they came around gave me my tablets pain killers, antibiotics then I was getting dressed to leave
Cab came to take me back to my hotel

I met a nice girl who had. A BBL with vanity and she agreed with my points about the food and no water she had her sister will her to help but she felt he same plus a big point NO WIFI IN THE HOSPITAL ... she was not happy with the hotel she was recommended said it was not that nice and the room were very small ...
I would recommend to book in a nice hotel in Be?ikta? , ?i?li , because that’s close to the clinic and not far from the hospital only over the bridge if there is no traffic you will be there in 10 min .... just add on the transfer from the clinic
Well I’m back At my hotel the next few days were hard not much sleep sore , swollen , numb feeling in my flanks and Inner thighs I was uncomfortable but there was no more leaking by the 3rd day post op I felt so much better I had a shower and I saw my figure for the first time it looked Ok I thought my waist would look more define it my upper Abdomen area looked great but my lower pooch was still there but NO way as big as before but I felt a little down i suppose I felt a bit emotional I was hoping for it to be NEARLY gone but it is an big improvement ... I have massive bruises on my inner legs lower stomach and back I started to
use arnica ...
I had my appointment at the clinic for my check up
Dr examine me said I was very swollen I definitely look smaller but my lower belly still had the pooch and he was hoping it WILL go down after swelling plus the Vaser skin tightening might help
he said to be patient the first month you are swollen and then 2-6 months you will see the results developing it takes up to one year to recover .... he Also said To wear the garment suit 24-7 for 1 month then 6 weeks later I can exercise again take tablets and wished me luck that was it ...
So I’ve decided to stop my review here
Im back in the UK its been 8 days I’m still very swollen bruised very bad and haven’t seen much more improvement as yet IM hoping and putting that down to the swelling !!!!!
I’m realistic I know this-will take time but like all of us we do like to see immediate results ....
Another recommendation buy a second garment suit for when you need to wash the 2nd I brought mine -on line £67
I’ll update you in one month time and I’ll have a good Idea if it was really worth it or not .....

I love just tried my best to give as much advice and information as possible as I know as scarier it is to take the step and especially going aboard any questions
