Verdeza Doll in the Making

Hello fellow dolls, ish is getting real! I have exactly 29 days before I transition to the flat side! I am so excited but nervous at the same time. I will be flying to Miami next week to get my blood work and EKG done I pray that I'm cleared so I can proceed with surgery on 15th of next month. Any last minute suggestions??

Where do I begin.....Dr. Valls was suppose to do my surgery initially....wait a minute...let me back up even further. Initially, Dr. Stephanie Stover was suppose to do my surgery at Imagenes but she was booked until November and I did not want to wait that long. Based on my BMI I was told that I would be needing an extended tummy tuck. I had been communicating with Lizbed and was ready to send deposit in (This was back in May). One day I received a call from Lizbed stating she could get me in earlier but it would be with Dr. Valls so I did some research and was like okay because he never had any deaths, had good reviews, and have been doing these procedures over 30+ years even though there were not many pictures of his work. I would also like to mention that Lizbed kept re-interating that Valls does tummy tucks with a BMI of 35. But.....Lizbed failed to tell me that procedure would be done at Jolie Plastic Surgery until I was actually making deposit payment. I was a little pissed because I kinda felt like process was not on the up and up, I felt like she should have flat out told me that she no longer was working for Imagenes and because she was now working for Jolie, she was basically taking her contacts with her! Fast forward....about a month prior to surgery, I still had not gotten down to the weight where I needed to be and was contemplating cancelling until I was able to do so. Lizbed and surgery coordinator had Dr. Valls to do another consultation and I was told that he agreed to still do my surgery if I lose 5 more lbs (since I was so close to the 35 BMI limit). Well, 2 weeks prior to surgery I flew to Miami to have preop and EKG done. While I was there, I was able to personally speak with Dr. Valls and was told that he never said anything about be losing 5 lbs, he said that I needed to lose 25-30 lbs because his BMI limits changed to 33 back in May. Of course I am pissed beyond measure, but I would like to say that Dr. Valls was very honest and more concerned about my health than taking my money and I cannot be mad at him for that but I am mad at the office because I was put in a tight situation. I should have been informed of the BMI change before I made my deposit, it was deceptive to take my money when they knew they could not deliver what was promised!! At this point I am ready to cancel and get refund of money already paid only to be told that if I cancel, I have to pay $450-$650 cancellation fee!! WTF!! To make a longer story short, I had invested too much and taken time off from work so the show had to go on. I ended up having my surgery with Dr. Verdeza who gave me amazing results so far. I am still real swollen but for the most part I am happy.

Now 4 weeks post op, still alot of swelling but getting better everyday
